Great location close to Kensington gardens and the tube and buses. Clean room and hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. Feels like a nice boutique hotel. Decent range of breakfast options. The gym facilities are good for a smaller hotel.
Water pressure was a bit light on. Plates at the buffet weren’t always cleaned properly.

It was a fantastic stay! We rented 2 rooms and the staff went above and beyond to make my child feel special on her birthday!! Her room was decorated when we arrived and she felt like a princess. It took a coordinated effort to pull this off and it was marvelous and greatly appreciated.

nice clean modern hotel, close to where we needed to be for a event just a few minutes walks, room spacious, comfy bed,
we had a front facing room and the main road was constantly tail back traffic even past midnight, woken up 3 times from car horns beeping, cant say it was worth what we paid for a restless night, and some plumbing issues everytime you flushed the toilet, it was bubbling and making noises for 30 mins after, all summed up we wouldnt stay again
