Location, and it had everything I needed

It's a nice place to stay in a nice neighborhood. It is close to 2 tube stations and tons of places to shop and eat. The people who work here are nice and welcoming. The flat is very cute and very comfortable and safe. The lift to the upper floors is nice to have, and so is the washing machine.

Great little apartment. Nice kitchen, clean bathroom. Ok bed, it’s two put together. Good location.

The location was great
The fridge was smelly (it had recently broken and been replaced; however, the rotten food smell permeated the apartment for the whole of our stay)
The shower head was broken
There were no tea towels
These were reported to the reception but not rectified during our stay.
Our biggest concern was the noise from the upstairs neighbours. They live in and have small children. There was running and bouncing of balls late into the evening and very early in the morning. We spoke to reception about this and they responded that they were aware of the noise from that apartment. Again, nothing was done to rectify or assist with this. While the location is a 10/10 be aware that the other issues mean I would be unlikely to stay or recommend this hotel.
