The location is fantastic & the apartment is comfortable & roomy. The staff were very friendly & helpful. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
Some staining on the sofa which was a little off-putting.

Spacious and clean, beds were comfortable. Staff was extremely helpful. We appreciated the kettle and tea and the close proximity to so many restaurants, the tube, and even a surprise Saturday farmers market.
The walls are a bit thin, we did find that we could hear the upstairs neighbors a bit but we brought sound machines to sleep with and that helped a lot. We also would have appreciated a few extra blankets as it was quite chilly.

Close to facilities
Very tired. Furniture very worn. Dishwasher rusty inside. Washer/dryer not working. Television very basic, no Netflix etc. very noisy outside at weekends. Upstairs apartment constantly dragging what sounded like furniture across the floor at 6.30am on Sunday morning
