The staff were friendly, courteous, very helpful and ensured that our stay was as perfect as they could make it. The room was extremely comfortable, always plenty of fresh bottles of water, great toiletries and lots of fluffy towels. Plenty of other rooms to relax in, also comfortable and quiet. Breakfasts were freshly cooked and they have a super selection of teas. Good location for access to Hyde Park, Royal Albert Hall and the large museums.
Can't think of anything that could have improved our stay.

Clean, staff very attentive
Noise from trains, tiny room, no lights, mirrors or table for putting on makeup. Sink never worked properly, toilet seat had a lot of ware
