Location and staff
The room was on the top floor and smaller than what I imagined I booked and in the photo on booking .com and the out look from the widow was have a dirty wall and half to the sky. Not enough room to open up a large suitcase without it being in the door way

The room was clean and modern
If you pay top money for a hotel room, you expect to be able to control your own temperature. The room was stifling hot and when I mentioned this to reception, I was told it was 'on heating mode only'. Not everyone enjoys the same temperature and if this had been known, I wouldnt have stayed there.
