Great staff, great location for a restful of active holiday. Italian Americano coffees are the best.

Great attentive staff . Location overlooking Lago Maggiore sunrise looking east . Rooms situated above a busy road. Breakfasts excellent great value in the bar/restaurant overlooking the lake. The beach area was small but private plenty of space for the sun worshiper.

More plug sockets which work with standard European plugs especially in the small kitchen area. The road which runs around the lake divides the restaurant/bar from the residence is busy and noisy but not really a problem.

Fantastic

Lovely location, with a fantastic private beach and swimming area. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Great cocktails at the bar and a good selection of food. The breakfast was great, lots of choice. We will return to stay again. Thanks for having us and for allowing our dog Indy to enjoy his first swim in the lake.

Lovely scenic stay

We had a lovely stay here, despite it being a very rainy and stormy week. Our balcony was covered so even when it rained we were able to enjoy the views. The staff were incredibly helpful, and the apartment was clean and spacious. It was very convenient having the restaurant nearby, and we loved the beach area. The views were absolutely gorgeous. We didn’t hire a car, but arrived by taxi and then used the bus line to explore the local towns which was great.

When we arrived, we had to wait until after 5pm to check in despite check in being from 2pm which we found difficult after a long day of travel. That said, we were kindly allowed a late check-out at 13:30pm on our last day. Whilst the apartment was a lovely space, it was very basic and didn’t have any salt/ pepper/ tea/ coffee. Given we didn’t have a car (and the nearby mini market was shut on Sundays) we would have been grateful for these basics. There is a little shop on site, but it was more of a gift shop and mostly stocked wine.

A good place if you come by car, move around by car and don't care about road sounds.

The bar/bistro below is a very nice asset: to rent boats of every type and to have same snacks. There is also plenty of parking space at the hotel (a rare thing in this region). Irene from reception is very very kind and responsive. And they have that little shop to buy food, if you want to prepare your own meals. Cannero is 5 min away (by car).

Internet in our room was really weak (<2MBps). The road below is noisier than I had expected. Only with closed windows it was possible to sleep. The kids didn't mind, though.

Amazing views, clean and very comfortable with great staff.

Great location, very clean and well equipped. The upstairs balcony is perfect, secluded with amazing views. You can even sit there in the rain. Restaurant bar is lovely too, amazing views and food is very good. Enjoyed the breakfast very much. Staff in reception and in the restaurant very helpful and friendly.

Only thing that would be nice is maybe a little coffee and tea pack on arrival. A little more shower gel, but I’m sure we could have got that if we had asked. These are very minor things tho.

We had an amazing stay! Beautiful view, comfortable rooms, the staff were very generous and Silvia kept making sure that we’re not missing anything. I highly recommend it for everyone and especially those who wants a romantic vacation I’ll come back!!!

Fantastic and well worth a visit, highly recommend it.

We had a lovely room on the end with a balcony with superb views. Silvie was so helpful and polite and nothing was too much trouble. Fantastic having the sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach/grass opposite and plenty of them. A car is definitely needed. There is one restaurant to walk to and very reasonable in the village above. A brilliant place to stay for a few days.

Nothing except you do need a car as there is no path around the lake.

location was amazing and WhatsApp check in was very handy because prior to our arrival the hotel let us know everything they had available and what activities we could do. they also answered any questions we had and made suggestions for us that were great - like renting a SUP.

Nice to have a view

The room was big and had a balcony that we enjoyed a lot, the view is beautiful and the personal is really kind. The restaurant is near and you can rent boats in the hotel, so it was great. We enjoyed our stay in Lago Maggiore.

The room has an old decoration and moreover the bed sheets seem to have like dust. The room had as well a smell of humidity. Moreover the temperature in the room was not working properly, we had set it at 26 and it was freezing so we were even better outside the room.

The hostess was very attentive even before our stay, getting in touch with information and support. This was very helpful, as we were for the 1st time in this area. The accommodation was very clean, spacious enough for the family with 2 children. The lake is magnificent! We recommend the accommodation for a short stay with convenient location and excellent service.

Nice and cosy place next to the Lake.

The residence is runs by family.The Owner was very nice and kind.The Son runs the bar just across the road.If you need a relaxing holiday,this will be a perfect place.Pitty that we only passed by coz we were heading to south of France.Next time we will stay longee for sure.

Stunning views, clean, nice staff.

The location was amazing. Stunning lake view. Nice hosts. We enjoyed it so much so we stayed an extra night. The lake bar does live music concerts and also, there are some massages available on the beach. The private beach was very clean and plenty of chairs.

With open windows a bit too noisy in the morning, but I would say it's not a minor issue. Excellent place to stay.

Posizione perfetta, vista mozzafiato sul lago terrazza panoramica e camera ben arredata e cucina con tutti gli elettrodomestici necessari. Percheggio facile e titolari super gentili e disponibili. Un piccolo market a disposizione e ambiente curato.

Insonorizzazione alle finestre . La strada trafficata sotto si sente parecchio la notte e il fatto di non poter abbassare le serrande a zero purtroppo rende il rumore del traffico percepibile in camera.

Da das Restaurant wegen der Nebensaison geschlossen war, wurde uns das Frühstuck ins Zimmer gebracht. Es war in Ordnung, auch wenn es nicht ganz unseren Erwartungen entsprach. Es hat 10 Euro pro Person gekostet.

Schöne Lage am See, sehr gutes Frühstück, das aber extra kostet.

Die Unterkunft liegt an einer Hauptstrasse, leider ist der Verkehrslärm trotz geschlossenen Fenster sehr laut. Nachschub WC-Papier kostet extra. Frische Handtücher und Zwischenreinigung zuerst nicht inkludiert und dann doch angesagt, jedoch nur das Bett war gemacht.. die schmutzigen Handtücher lagen immer noch in der Dusche.. Wir mussten die frischen selber holen.. Wir würden höchstens nochmal für eine Nacht buchen.

Je nach Geschmack ist die Lage eher gut oder eher schlecht. Direkt am See, durch die direkte Straßenlage aber auch laut. Schöne Aussicht von der Terrasse. Freundlicher Empfang. Möblierung teilweise neu.

Laut durch Straße, auch die Zimmer selbst eher hellhörig. Ausstattung in Ordnung, aber recht schlicht. Teilweise schon älter, vor allem im Bad. Frühstück wird auf einem Tablett ins Zimmer gebracht, eher einfach. Für das Gebotene empfanden wir die Unterkunft als zu teuer, aber es war eine Spontanbuchung am Wochenende bei schönem Wetter - da kann man nicht mehr unbedingt mit günstigen Preisen rechnen.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und ausreichend, das Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis war top! Es war für jeden was dabei. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist gut mit Blick auf den See. Das Frühstück wurde auf der Terrasse am See serviert mit tollem Ausblick.

Es gibt nichts negatives zu berichten. Wir waren sehr zufrieden!
