Beautiful view up on the hillside with an amazing staff. Interesting funicular up to the rooms if needed. Peaceful and so quite with lovely balconies showing some of the best views on the lake . MATTIA WAS A LIFESAVER and Elena and Veronica were just as amazing. I would stay just for the staff alone. The TV's were in the process of being upgraded, but honestly we don't go to Maggiore to watch TV in our room. Price to quality ratio is there. Obviously not a 5* resort but the room was lightly furnished and very comfortable and I will be coming back . The huge decks offer views that are unsurpassed.

The road up was a bit daunting the first time, but once you're used to it you can officially call yourself an Italian driver and start talking with your hands! I wish they had an onsite restaurant, but Mattias picks up breakfast to order every morning and they have a small bar and Cafe next to check in. Also rooms have full kitchens so just do some shopping beforehand and you can keep your room stocked and food cooking if wanted.

The location is exceptional. The staff were very kind, friendly and cooperative. The view is extraordinary looking directly at "il lago maggiore". We were group of families and we all liked it very much! I highly recommend this property 👌. I would also go once again 😊

no staff the whole time on site even when we checked in during check in hours. Parking situation terrible. 1 toilet roll between 4 people for 3 days. Awful pillows.

Folgende Ausstattung war mangelhaft: die Türen schleiften und man hat sie nur mit Mühe aufbekommen, das Wasser im Waschbecken lief nicht ab, der Föhn funktionierte nicht richtig, kein Licht draussen im Korridor.

Die Lage ist wunderschön , mit herrlichen Aussicht auf den See. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung war gut eingerichtet, sauber und gemütlich. Jedoch sehr hellhörig.

Sehr störend war jedoch ,dass man immer wieder starken Gasgeruch wahrnehmen konnte. Das wirkte nicht nur unangenehm sondern auch beunruhigend.

Geweldig uitzicht, appartement basic, maar schoon, zwembad heel fijn

Het uitzicht op de Lago Maggiore was helemaal geweldig! Ons appartement (D17) was voor twee volwassenen + twee kinderen groot genoeg, het zwembad was schoon en het personeel heel vriendelijk. De appartementen zijn met een schuin lopende lift (+ eventueel enkele trappetjes) bereikbaar. Broodjesservice was een fijne verrassing (geen bakker in de buurt).

Internet werkte niet tot nauwelijks en ook de tv konden we eigenlijk niet gebruiken (zwart/wit en korrelig beeld door slechte satellietverbinding). Een airconditioning was geweldig geweest. De slaapbank was niet fijn voor je rug. De weg naar boven is pittig, maar echt te doen als je het straatje vanuit het noorden kiest.

Kurzurlaub mit tollem Ausblick auf den See

Alle Zimmer haben einen wunderschönen Blick auf den See, es ist sehr ruhig und wir wurden hier sehr Herzlich empfangen. Frühstück kann man zwar bestellen aber nur Kaffee und Croissants. Wer also mehr will, sollte vorher etwas einkaufen. Das Personal ist sehr Hilfsbereit und der Check in sehr unkompliziert.

Die Unterkunft liegt ganz oben auf dem Berg und der Weg dorthin ist extrem eng. Es können keine zwei Autos nebeneinander fahren. Wenn sich zwei Autos begegnen, muss einer immer Rückwärts fahren um eine breitere zu finden und das andere Auto vorbeifahren lassen. Das kann sehr nervig sein, weil man sich die Stellen merken muss, wo man die Autos vorbeifahren lassen kann.

Urlaub am Lago Maggiore mit fantastischen Aussichten auf höchstem Niveau.

Einen Frühstücksservice mit begrenztem Angebot hätte man bestellen können, uns war aber Selbsversorgung lieber, zumal in der Küche, mit großem Kühlschrank, alles dafür vorhanden und der Einkauf bei unseren täglichen Touren in einem Lebensmittelgeschäft der benachbarten Orte problemlos möglich war - klar, mit dem Auto. Denn die Auffahrt zur Unterkunft, einem Ressort mit mehreren Häusern, die terrassenförmig in mehreren Ebenen an einem recht steilen Hang gelegen sind, ist steil, kurvenreich, zuweilen sehr eng und nicht gerade kurz. Es gibt zwei Zufahrten von der Hauptstraße entlang des Seeufers hoch zur Unterkunft, wobei nur die nördlicher gelegene von beiden (Hinweisschild nach "BARBÈ", s. Foto) zu empfehlen ist, will man nicht Gefahr laufen, mit seiner nicht ganz kleinen Combilimousine in einer der extrem engen Dorfstraßen "stecken zu bleiben". Den Transport vom Ressort-Parkplatz hoch zur Unterkunft übernimmt ein Schrägaufzug in die verschiedenen Ebenen. Ein hübscher, gut gepflegter Swimming-Pool ermöglicht ein erfrischendes Bad, ohne zum See an einen der Strände hinunter fahren zu müssen. - Ansonsten kann man von der großartigen Landschaft und Umgebung des gigantischen Lago Maggiore, in ihrer Großartigkeit und Vielfalt, auch der üppigen Vegetation nur schwärmen. Wir hatten das Glück, aufgrund der Lage unserer Unterkunft in über 200 m Höhe über dem See, einen atemberaubenden Ausblick über den See, bis hinein in das Hochgebirge der nördlich gelegenen Alpen, täglich genießen zu können. Die ganze Gegend ist eine alte, unerschöpfliche Kulturlandschaft voller Schönheit und unzähliger Möglichkeiten des Kennenlernens, sodass neugierige Menschen wie wir im Rahmen eines normalen Sommerurlaubs weniger als nur mal kurz an der Oberfläche kratzen konnten. Viva Italia!

posizione straordinaria, vista sul lago eccezionale. Begli appartamenti ben arredati. Proprietario super disponibile per cercare di risolvere il problema del riscaldamento che non funzionava. Ci ha anche cambiato appartamento, ma purtroppo il problema c'era anche lì. Se non avessimo avuto freddo sarebbe stato un soggiorno fantastico

Una meravigliosa esperienza sulla sponda Piemontese del Lago Maggiore.

La vista dagli appartamenti è uno spettacolo, si vede ampiamente il lago. Lo staff è ECCEZIONALE e ha esaudito ogni nostra richiesta. L'app del residence è molto comoda e intuitiva e ti permette di ordinare la colazione in camera oltre a qualche bevanda alcolica.

Vista incredibile

Vista fantastica e ampio balcone. In reception sono molto gentili e simpatici. Angolo cottura pratico e le grandi finestre permettono di cambiare in fretta l'aria per rimuovere gli odori di cibo. Il wifi c'è.

La strada per arrivare è un po' difficoltosa la prima volta, ma già dalla seconda/terza volta si percorre senza grossi problemi.
