Great value for money

Not in the sexiest area of Torino ad a very "functional hotel" but a very good surprise, large rooms and bathrooms in a quiet residential area, easy to park; great breakfast for an Italian hotel , especially for the cost.

.... nothing really, but for a "real tourist" planning to visit the city center is probably not the best choice, I was just driving through the region and needed a place to sleep.

Bed was comfortable.Breakfadt was ok for buffet.

Receptionist never smiled and was cold to talk to.Wasn't very helpful when there was no wi fi in the room.It was om a public server so no uploading.Shower head needed replacing..

Warning to all travelers, dismissive and poorly behaved receptionists, humiliating and irritable attitude, I got a room not according to the original booking, small room with single bed, no towels at all, room not clean at all, air conditioner not working, clog in shower, water not flowing, to all people who want to book, receptionist the night we arrived, behaved poorly, rude and lied

Dismissive attitude at the hotel reception, we got a small room and single bed not as per booking, air conditioner not working, no towels, and clogging of water in the shower, very low class hotel, warns all travelers to think well before booking

The breakfast buffet was very nice; filled with all kinds of food and beverages - cakes, croissants, breads, fresh fruits, eggs, bacon, all kinds of coffee and tea, water and juices. Also it opened early enough for us to have breakfast and continue our journey. The staff was friendly and attentive. The sheets were very clean and crisp.

Oh the bed mattress was too hard, the pillow thin and stiff. The shower needs a bit of updating.

The bus stops in front of the hotel.

We didn't have hot water. The hotel is old and the ventilation system in the room makes a lot of noice. The light in the room wasn't working. Would not recommend it.
