Great Stay, Even for One Night

We had a great one-night stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and check-in was quick and easy. Even though it was a short stay, everything was smooth and enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again!

Disappointed

One of the male staff members who did the cleaning was very sympathetic

1 single electric car charge it was reserved The room had a bizarre smell (1 of the 2) The breakfast area was squeezed in the entrance and there was no space Bombarded by emails and surveys (in German on top)

Nothing maybe the breakfast it was good but all plates looked very old and broken

The hotel is really old not renewed don’t feel clean at 1st the staff that did the check in was very sweet , apart from that I went to my room it was really hot I asked they said it’s winter ( we are at fall) the AC only works at heater so I couldn’t sleep at night because the room was very hot I wanted to shower the towels had all cuts and looked really old so I got disgusted and didn’t use them , I only choose this hotel because it was near the oncology center I came to visit for work when I checked in I asked the girl in the reception if I can leave my bags there in the morning she’s like yes ask the girl who covers in the morning so I came to check out early morning because I have to leave to work the girl in the front desk was very rude speaking in a non polite way refusing to help pointing at the street telling me to put my bag at easy box and it was 7 am so it was closed they open at 9 ! It’s not the guests problem that she had to wake up and work early morning we all do that she should be polite with guests and understanding so the problem was solved at the end by the manager ! If I was informed from night that baggage couldn’t be kept in the reception I would’ve arranged my self to solve the problem but coming for work and forcing me to take my luggage with me ! That’s not acceptable it was a small handbag that didn’t need all this fuss

It was quite out of Turin so took a while to get in by bus or tram but apart from that was very good

Very good hotel for a short stay, but if you’re looking for a longer stay consider all the options.

Good facilities, very clean room, spacious, modern as well. Coming with a friendly staff and a good breakfast.

Unfortunately the nights were tarnished by a lot of noise, and a mid location.

A nightmare stay — bed bugs, awful smell, and zero sleep forced us to flee after one night.

The beds had bed bugs. The fridge was doing a lot of noise close to the bed. The smell was horrible, probably other rooms toilets smell that was coming directly instead of being ventilated. The bed was so inconfortable, so I couldn't sleep... only to notice in the middle of the night bed bugs on me. We initially scheduled to stay 3 nights but had to run after the first night, without even checking out... I just hope we didn't bring any of it home

Good hotel for the price

Breakfast was prefect, beds very good. Personnel was very and helpful. Parking under the hotel for 5€/day was also fair. Windows isolate the noise from outside, street very well. Next to the hotel is big supermarket where you can buy anything you need and restaurant (a little expensive, but very good).

Hotel is situated in noisy place (rush streets and crossings around), so if you open the window, you hear a lot of noise. When the window is closed, it is OK.

Clean , modern and good value.

Hotel is well situated close to the Torino tangenziale highway. It has secure on site covered parking for a small additional fee or there other unsecured free parking options nearby. It is pet friendly with just a small additional fee. On the same block as the hotel is a large new supermarket and a very nice Lentini's pizzeria restaurant so dining is easy and convenient. The rooms are clean and modern and the duty reception staff helpful and friendly. The price is reasonable and good value.

The hotel is quite high rise and easy to spot but it is slightly difficult to enter the access road to reach the hotel as the main road in front is a busy dual carriageway that is not easy to cross if you approach from the other side. It is also in the western suburb and not that close to the city centre so a car is preferable to get around. One small criticism of the room is that the bathroom does not really have a shelf or somewhere to put clothes or towels.

Value for money!

Good size room, clean and very good location for me as I needed to be as close to work during this trip. Very nice and helpful staff and amazing that they had a bar as I got late and everything was closed, but I could purchase things from there! I will chose it again for my next work trip!

Good place for a short stay if you're traveling by car

The room was very clean, great parking

The place is quite worn out and they need to work on their hospitality skills. The lady on the reception didn't look professional at all, and we had to wait to be checked in when we arrived while the two staff members were discussing something between them without really acknowledging our presence or giving us any indication of how long we'll need to wait. Although the room was clean, there was an unpleasant smell in communal areas.

we had an amazing stay at this hotel. The employees were really nice and always helpfull. Espicially the man behind the counter! We recommend this place to anyone who wants to go to Torino!
