very clean and loving staff <3

super clean everyday and the staff is extremely friendly and caring. there is a simple breakfast buffet everyday, and it's in a very quiet area of town. there is a bus stop on the street and the tram stop is a few meters away. also there is free parking on the property.

the location is very far from the city center (which we knew, and was one of the reasons we booked this place) but i can imagine this is a no-go for other travelers who want to be in the center of turin. also, the heating is centralized and couldn't be changed for the room. it was too warm for us and we had to keep the window throughout the night and it would be very noisy sometimes early in the morning when the garbage truck comes by or morning traffic is building up.

We would definitely come back if we are ever in Turin again!

We stayed only one night at the Gaida but it was really nice and everyone was friendly and helpful! Breakfast was outstanding! The pillows were wonderful and everything was clean! Wish we could have stayed another night! Thank you!

Ci siamo fermati per una notte per fare tappa e cercavamo una soluzione con parcheggio, in cui si potesse arrivare anche in tarda serata. È stato comodo avere il posto auto nel cortile privato dell'albergo. L'hotel è provvisto di ascensore e ha camere abbastanza ampie. Colazione continentale con dolce e salato. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

IL PARCHEGGIO SU AREA PRIVATA

struttura ormai datata, quando si spegneva la luce si disattivava la presa dove ho collegato il telefono per ricaricare, per cui il giorno dopo il telefono è rimasto scarico, provocandomi problemi. sul letto ci sono ancora coperte, meglio sarebbe un bel piumone. manca il frigobar, una bottiglietta d'acqua da 33 cl costa un euro, la chiave della porta d'ingresso è di tipo tradizionale (yale?) legata ad un portachiavi molto pesante. mancava un bagnosciuma per cui fare la doccia dovevi usare le saponettine, la colazione, compresa nel prezzo, non aveva alcuna soluzione vegana.

Staff accogliente e sempre disponibile. La camera singola era spaziosa, accogliente e confortevole. La colazione buona. Nonostante si trovi distante dal centro di Torino, la vicinanza alla fermata del tram permette comodi spostamenti in 20/25 minuti.
