Basic but clean. Good location, close to the public transport. Parking available which was a big plus for us.

We had an alarm in the room and the security guy ignored us and didn’t help.

A pleasant stay

The breakfast was good, not very varied, but everything was tasty. As a location, it is 20 minutes walking distance to the Pala Alpitour Sports Hall, as well as to public transport stops. The room was clean, spacious, the bed and pillows very comfortable. The girl at the reception Francisca from Argentina extremely kind and helpful. I recommend if you are looking for a place near Pala Alpitour Sports Hall.

A/C in our room didn’t work well and it was very hot toilet didn’t fully flush tub is awkwardly shaped, cannot stand flat, very slippery.

A good solution for those who attend an event at the Pala Alpitour

The staff was very kind, breakfast was good and satisfactory. Good value for money

The room and bathroom need some restoring, forniture was little bit old. The hotel Location was okay for our purposes (not far from Pala Alpitour), but very distant from the city center ,, bus connections not very frequent.
