Attractive small hotel in the Turin suburbs with fabulous breakfast and on-site parking

2nd time staying here. Attractive, small hotel in the Turin suburbs on a main intersection with on-site parking. Helpful staff, fabulous and varied breakfast, clean and functional rooms with discounted restaurants close by. Good value!

I thought if you booked a room through booking.com your room should be booked, not sold.

Nothing at all. The location was awful. It cost me 25 euros to get there from the city center and 25 euros to get back to town.

My room was sold, when I got to the hotel my room was given to someone else (the night manager said so). I had to wait for them to prepare a different room, a terrible room, a claustrophobic room. This room had no outlets to charge my phone. The WiFi was awful. The toilet area did not allow me to sit properly. It was awkward and uncomfortable to use the toilet. The shower was so tiny I could barely fit the narrow opening. The water went from hot to cold mercurially. The bed offered a sheet and a top cover that could have been a rug. And it had blood on it. This hotel ruined my stay in Turin. THE HOTEL SOLD MY ROOM THAT I BOOKED THROUGH BOOKING.COM. Isn’t that one thing that they should do. It’s in their name!

The room was large and clean, all facilities included. Breakfast was good, the cappuccino had a delicious creamy foam. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Exceptional

We - as a family - spent 1 night in the hotel driving from France to Hungary. We desired a clean room, comfortable bed and amenities as showergel, big towels etc., good breakfast (and cafe) and flexible staff. We got everything :) thank you! The hotel has an easy access to the motorway (8 minutes).

Nice,decent and clean accommodation!!

The location was closed to Pala Alpitour stadium,very convenient for watching ATP finals.It was very cleaned and the room was comfortable with a nice view of the golf camp.The mattress was excellent.Breakfast was simple,good and tasty pastry cakes with an amazing espresso made in bar.Free parking.The owners in the reception were very polite and gentle to give any info regarding the area.

The furniture in the room are a little bit dated,although room seems renovated.Bathroom is quite small,although shower is very convenient.Heating in the evening was not working in the room,as we had our check in quite late,but in the morning it was better.The housekeeping was quite noisy out of the rooms.

Bad to stay because air condition does not function well in this hot weather its very bad

Good breakfast, nice room.

We stayed here only for 2 days one night. But that one night is terrible, their air conditioned does not function well, we specially my kids did not sleep very well. Its very sad because the hotel was cute and clean , the breakfast is okay, the staff is good. But sad to say , its very hot this summer in italy, its terrible to sleep because of hot weather and then the air condition did not function well. they should know that we need a cold and comfortable room on that day... so its not okay 😞😞😞

A wonderful place to experience Turin without breaking the bank.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great value. Breakfast was fine. Location a little far outside the city but regular bus service is available.

Slightly more choice for the breakfast would have been nice. Maybe if they could sell bus tickets at reception? Many guests will rely on the bus to get into town and there are no vendors nearby.

La struttura è appena fuori Torino, molto facile da raggiungere. La disponibilità di parcheggi fuori la struttura è ottimo e hanno anche un parcheggio custodito a pagamento. La camera era piuttosto grande con arredamento moderno. I servizi di base ci sono tutti (tv, wifi, frigobar...). Ottima la possibilità di spegnere il riscaldamento in camera. Il bagno spazioso con una doccia meravigliosa. Ottimi gli asciugamani morbidi e profumati. Veramente notevole la colazione soprattutto per la parte dolce: pizzette rosse e bianche, due tipi di salumi e un tipo di formaggio, croissant di tutti i tipi, torte belle ma soprattutto buone, yogurt biscotti E chi più ne ha più ne metta

Soggiorno perfetto, staff gentilissimo!

Ho trascorso un ottimo soggiorno in questo hotel. Il personale della reception è stato eccezionale: estremamente disponibile e preciso nel fornirci indicazioni e consigli utilissimi su come raggiungere il centro di Torino. L'albergo dista pochi minuti di macchina dal centro. Nota di merito per la colazione a buffet: un'ampia scelta di prodotti, con una varietà di dolci davvero strepitosa e di alta qualità. Un servizio impeccabile che consiglio vivamente!

Colpito positivamente da questo Hotel 3 Stelle

Io viaggio spesso per lavoro in tutta Italia. Booking su questo hotel per la notte che ho passato aveva un prezzo molto basso. Ho visto altre recensioni non malvage e ho deciso di provare a mio rischio e pericolo. Sicuramente non è un Hotel nuovo e l'ho valutato per quello che è, cioè, per essere un 3 stelle, che punteggio dargli? Non posso paragonarlo ad un 5 Stelle. Per essere un 3 stelle ha la reception sempre aperta, 24/24. Ottimo. Camera Pulita, soprattutto la doccia. Nuova? No...ma per essere un 3 stelle funzionava tutto e bene. Materasso comodo. Colazione molto buona anche a livello di qualità, di bigliettini indicanti cosa mangi, etc. Sembra poco? A volte neanche nei 4Stelle S trovi queste cose. Tutto bello? No, le cose negative le scrivo in cosa non mi è piaciuto. Io spero sempre che un albergatore e un imprenditore investa sempre parte degli utili per avere le strutture sempre nuove.

La posizione su Corso Allamano è positiva in un verso e negativa per il traffico che, per via delle finestre datate, si sente in camera, soprattutto per una camera come la mia che dava sulla traversa di Corso Allamano. L'investimento che deve essere fatto è sulle porte di ingresso delle camere, renderle più moderne e insonorizzate. Si sente tutto. Idem l'insonorizzazione delle camere deve essere migliorata con dei pannelli. Il tappeto in camera deve essere tolto perchè raccoglitore di sporcizia...non penso venga lavato e cambiato tutti i cambi camera.
