Very friendly and multilingual staff, good italian breakfast. Free parking in the street or parking for a small fee in the courtyard possible. Great pizzeria close by. Very clean room and bathroom.

The management of the hotel in unprofessional and hotel staff is lying to your face. I can't rate the hotel itself as we didn't have a chance to stay there, but I can tell you about people who represents and work in the hotel. Unfortunately, I had to communicate with them. I won't go deep into the details but people who are travel by car, as we did, should be careful with this hotel. We were traveling from Spain and we expected to be in Touring around 10 pm. Before making reservation, I checked that hotel is open till 11.30 pm. Later I received message from the hotel that, in case, our arrival time after 9 pm we need to contact them to be sure that they check us in. I did it and lady in the reception told me that they won't be able to open parking after 9 pm, what was critical for us as we were looking for a hotel with parking on the hotel side. We agreed that I will send cancelation requestion without charges and they will approve it. I did it from my side but they didn't. Instead of that next morning I received cancelation initiated by the hotel because I didn't show up. I contacted booking support and explained the situation. Booking representative wrote request to the hotel to receive approval to remove the fee. As we were in the city, we drove to the hotel to ask them to approve it. The lady on the reception understood the situation from the first second and said that she received e-mail from booking support. She called her manager. And of course, they told us they are going to write to booking that they are fine if we won't pay any charges. After some days I received message from booking that property didn't reply to them and they can't do anything with that. So, hopefully it was reservation for just one night. I know that I did reservation without cancelation and it's risky, however, I also know that in that situation hotel doesn't provide service they indicate on the booking and charge you for this.

we loved it’s quirks with old and original furniture, mirrors and decor. it was easy to find and not too far from the motorway. the tram and bus stops are very close by.

But hotel needs renovation on soundproofing for ex. Toilet in the room not easily accessible and space too little. Bed was short in length. Location good and calm though.

The hotel original was fantastic with regards of cleanliness, comfort, WIFI and fully available to satisfy my needs. The only thing was about the distance from the centre. However, the stop of the tram 4 is about the hotel and in half an hour you can reach porta nuova that is located in the city centre. Domenico is exactly the person that a guest wishes to speak with. Overall, great stay, I would come back if in town!

My experience at Hotel Original was excellent. If you are looking for an affordable, yet very charming, clean, quiet, and comfortable boutique hotel, family-managed and very well located in the South side of Turin, look no further! The hotel management and personnel is very courteous and accommodating, the hotel is spotless, breakfast is generous, and the clientele is nice. Although the rooms are on the smaller side, I had the good fortune of being assigned to a room with a huge terrace, from which one could afford a nice glass of wine doing some people watching. The hotel is very well located with respect to public transportation (a taxis station is just in front of it, so no need to call a cab, you can just hop on one!), a lovely farmers' market, a clinic, and lots of stores of every kind. The hotel also has an agreement with a nearby restaurant, where you can have a hearty meal at a discounted price. But there are lots of very nice restaurants nearby as well. Will be coming back for sure next time I am in Turin!
