Wonderful

The rooms were nice and the fact that they had a little fitness area was really good and made it easier ti exercise, the breakfast was great, so much variety, and any time we needed water the staff would let us get it even when it wasn't breakfast time.

It's just slightly far away from the center but no problem, it was just a little inconvenient on Sunday and during the night other than that it was fine

No air conditioning despite advertised - false advertising- refusal of staff to switch it on, lying about why it’s not on (when reading other reviews they give different lies for why), lack of care by reception, dodgy area. Scam hotel. Traffic noise is horrendous, smokers everywhere so we had zero sleep.

Everything was as we expected . Nice , helpful staff it"s safe, quiet and clean place . We were happy to spend there our time in Torino . Good breakfast . We recommend this place .

Booked triple/quad room but it was not available on arrival due to a plumbing issue; got two double rooms instead (ok, no major issue). The rooms are rather small and the bathrooms tiny/cramped - ok for sleepover though

It was a straight bus journey from the hotel to the Palavela & the hotel sold me the bus tickets.

All the staff I encountered, both in reception and the diningroom, were extremely friendly & helpful. I particularly appreciated the reception being staffed 24/7. I'd definitely stay there again.

Great hotel for a 2-3 day stay especially as a lone traveller or couple.

Pleasant helpful hotel staff. Decent breakfast. Ideally located for my needs( ice rink and city), excellent link to Porta Nuova train station by tram. Handy supermarket close by. Clean comfy room.

Bathroom was a tight fit. Anyone slight larger than average would really struggle. But clean and adequate for me on my own! Electricity sockets were mostly of 2 pin type so my adapters didn’t fit. only one main socket, too far from mirror and bedside.

We were charged double the price shown on the minibar fridge, don't trust the prices on the menu The location is a bit far from the center (about 30 minutes by tram)
