Ideal for travelers on a budget who plan to spend most of their time exploring the city rather than staying in the hotel

The staff were super nice all the time , the breakfast was very good and the position was very well connected to the city center.

The bed was not comfortable and the room was not soundproof and I could hear the people speaking in the street and in the corridor.

Good quality and well furnished room. I had lived in many 3-star hotels in Italy, and this one is definitely one of the best. Super friendly staff: I asked the staff(an old man) about the time I may need to walk to flixbus station. Indeed I could follow the googlemap, but amazingly he prepared a sketched map at midnight that indicated the best way approaching the station. It saved my poor Samsung battery a lot. I can feel his earnest attitude to every traveller.

From America, first time in Italy and the room was great for the price. A little small but comfortable. The staff was wonderful. Reccomended for a night or two depending on your preferences. For me it was perfect.

Heating not efficient-Room without water bottles or tea kettle-Cleanliness not proper (Hairs of previous guest in the pillow is frightening in Corova-19 time!!-Telephone set is not cleaned/sanitized-Electric sockets is not properly maintained- Window shield was malfunctioned-The room is too small

Cleanliness, nice and available staff. Pretty silent. Reception open h24.

hard mattress and poor isolation from the windows. We needed to "extra"heat the room with air conditioner and we solved it.
