Staff were all friendly. Staff available 24hours a day at reception. Secure Off street parking available. Close to Metro. Breakfast had cakes, cereal, fruit and yoghurt. Daily room clean performed.

Communication with was difficult, no staff spoke English however we got by with Google translate. Air conditioning advertised with the room however not available with the room provided. Secure safe in room was not working.

I booked/payed two rooms, when I came they insisted that I only have one, only after long discussion that they understood. Room and beds stinks with cigarette smell Room not isolated at all, I woke up with a headache from the cold coming from all the facade. The furniture seems like it had to be changed 5 years ago.

One night stay was enough.

it’s fine for a one night stopover. For a holiday? No. Friendly staff, good location near motorway. Breakfast of a croissant or a slice of cake or fruit was barely adequate.

Shower is far too small for anyone over 170cm or 75kg. You can’t get through the door. Shelf in bathroom slopes down so it’s unusable. Decor is unappealing but tidy.

the hotel suited the purpose of our trip

near the tram stop Marche, nice gentleman who ran breakfast

we had an incident where reception gave the wrong key and therefore a middle aged man encountered our room which had two young women inside. the woman at reception didn’t speak much English so that made things difficult. breakfast being set up every morning woke us up very loudly every night we stayed here with things smashing and banging about.

Breakfast consisted of croissant and few cakes, which is definitely not what you expect for “breakfast included”. Staff did not speak English, though was extremely friendly. location - 10 minutes walk to subway and 20 minutes ride.

Lovely and comfortable.

Breakfast was very good with hand made cakes ( wide range of options). Coffee was delicious and croissants perfect. They have also lot of fresh fruits and yogurt and cereals.

Stanza imbarazzante, mezze luci non funzionanti o assenti, a metà novembre siamo arrivati dopo cena e in camera c'erano le 2 finestre aperte, riscaldamento inattivo. Bagno sporco e con rotoli di carta igienica a metà. Pavimento evidentemente non pulito da giorni. Colazione a dir poco scarna.

gentillesse de l'accueil mais confort perfectible

J'ai aimé l'accueil du personnel, le petit déjeuner, et la qualité de la literie. La présence d'un parking intérieur sécurisé à petit prix est appréciable également.

J'ai occupé une chambre donnant sur la rue et proche de l'enseigne lumineuse de l'hôtel. Malheureusement, les fenêtres isolent très mal du bruit, vraiment ! Et l'enseigne lumineuse émet un bruit en permanence, que l'on entend dans la chambre. De plus le rideau occultant de couvre pas entièrement les fenêtres, donc le jour entrait dans la chambre, et le receveur de douche (70 x 70 cm) est petit.
