Pleasant

Staff were all friendly. Staff available 24hours a day at reception. Secure Off street parking available. Close to Metro. Breakfast had cakes, cereal, fruit and yoghurt. Daily room clean performed.

Communication with was difficult, no staff spoke English however we got by with Google translate. Air conditioning advertised with the room however not available with the room provided. Secure safe in room was not working.

I booked/payed two rooms, when I came they insisted that I only have one, only after long discussion that they understood. Room and beds stinks with cigarette smell Room not isolated at all, I woke up with a headache from the cold coming from all the facade. The furniture seems like it had to be changed 5 years ago.

One night stay was enough.

it’s fine for a one night stopover. For a holiday? No. Friendly staff, good location near motorway. Breakfast of a croissant or a slice of cake or fruit was barely adequate.

Shower is far too small for anyone over 170cm or 75kg. You can’t get through the door. Shelf in bathroom slopes down so it’s unusable. Decor is unappealing but tidy.

the hotel suited the purpose of our trip

near the tram stop Marche, nice gentleman who ran breakfast

we had an incident where reception gave the wrong key and therefore a middle aged man encountered our room which had two young women inside. the woman at reception didn’t speak much English so that made things difficult. breakfast being set up every morning woke us up very loudly every night we stayed here with things smashing and banging about.

Breakfast consisted of croissant and few cakes, which is definitely not what you expect for “breakfast included”. Staff did not speak English, though was extremely friendly. location - 10 minutes walk to subway and 20 minutes ride.

Good size clean room with a nice breakfast and descent WiFi, the staff are friendly and helpful and was able to park the car right outside. It's about 15 min walk to the metro and then approx 20 mins into the centre of Turin

Lovely and comfortable.

Breakfast was very good with hand made cakes ( wide range of options). Coffee was delicious and croissants perfect. They have also lot of fresh fruits and yogurt and cereals.

Ho scelto una camera matrimoniale e ci è stata data una camera con letto singolo, volevo pagare la tassa di soggiorno con il bancomat ma la signora alla reception ha storto il naso e fatto finta che non si accendesse il poss. Al nostro il bagno puzzava di sigaretta pur io avessi scelto una camera non fumatori

OTTIMA ESPERIENZA. CONSIGLIATISSIMO.

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia all'Hotel Balbo ed è stata un'esperienza eccezionale. La posizione è ottima perchè a 10 minuti dalla metropolitana, la camera pulitissima, molto spaziosa e dotata di tutto quanto necessario, la colazione ottima ed abbondante, Abbiamo trovato posto per l'auto nel parcheggio dell'hotel e la zona è molto silenziosa e tranquilla per cui abbiamo dormito benissimo. Ma sopra a tutto, il personale dell'hotel è stato di una cortesia incredibile, tutti pronti ad aiutarti in ogni modo e gentilissimi, l'atmosfera molto accogliente e familiare. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è pertanto ottimo e consiglierei la struttura senza ombra di dubbio.

Personale molto gentile. Molto comodo il parcheggio interno, ad un prezzo assolutamente onesto.

La sala per la prima colazione è un po’ piccola, ma ciò può rappresentare eventualmente un problema solo nel caso in cui l’hotel sia al completo e tutti gli ospiti si rechino a far colazione più o meno allo stesso orario, evenienza che durante il nostro soggiorno non si è verificata.
