Friendly service, (very) clean. Our place of choice for our next visit!

This Guesthouse is in a nice quiet area. Beautiful views off the balcony. The restaurant offers a nice restaurant, serving excellent dinner. Excellent breakfast also. Nice variety of breads, meats, cheeses, cereals, fruits, freshly made eggs, and fresh coffee and tea.

No complaints. (Even the rain was nice.)

Wonderful place to stay and relax with family or friends.

This was very comfortable and had excellent views. The family owned staff was very friendly and nice. Plenty of trails for hiking. I will definitely go back if I’m in Germany anytime soon.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was large and clean. Nice bathroom. Restaurant was excellent and breakfast was very good. Amazing hiking all around.

Beautuful location, a tastefully decorated room, a great dinner in a hotel restaurant, a friendly and professional host. Excellent breakfast on the terrace with a amazing view of the mountains.

Breakfast was EXCELLENT! :) The room was clean, spatious and the bed was comfortable. We liked that bed has smaller and bigger pillow.

Sehr nette und fürsorgliche Gastgeber. Wunderbare Lage, sehr gepflegtes Hotel und Restaurant. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Das Restaurant (rechtzeitig reservieren) ist hervorragend und bietet regionale Küche mit 1A Qualität. Wir kommen wieder :-)

Super schöne Unterkunft die alle Erwartungen erfüllt

Das Ehepaar Bartels ist sehr zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und mega freundlich!! Es gibt rein gar nichts zu bemängeln. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig, mit Liebe angerichtet, da ist für jeden was dabei!! Gut war auch der Kühlschrank auf der Etage um Lebensmittel zu verstauen!!

Ein schönes, familiär geführtes Hotel mit sehr guter und gemütlicher Ausstattung und netten Gastgebe

Hotel liegt ruhig an dem idyllischen Hintersee, den man in 45 Min. umrunden kann als Abschluss des Tages. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und ansprechend angerichtet. Auch das Abendessen war schmackhaft zubereitet. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer modern und gemütlich zugleich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und könnten uns vorstellen, wieder mal herzukommen.

Sehr empfehlenswert !!

Eine schöne Unterkunft in herrlicher Umgebung. Modernes, komfortables, geräumiges und sauberes Zimmer in Neubau. Ausstattung mit viel Holz. Grosser Balkon mit schöner Aussicht. Gutes Frühstück in grossem Garten. Familienbetrieb mit freundlichem Gastgeber. Schönes Wandergebiet. Hintersee in direkter Umgebung. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und werden bei Gelegenheit gerne wieder vorbeikommen!

Achtung: Im Refugium-Gebäude gibt es keinen Lift! Für uns war das allerdings kein Problem.
