Great location

Lovely location between Ramsau and Hintersee. Lots of parking. We had a dog. Very easy as there is an area for poo. Rooms were comfortable but the beds are slightly smaller than standard.

No restaurant service - we were informed at the last minute which did not help. Most tea in the area close at 7pm. Lady at reception gave us pizza delivery no which was great.

Beautiful location and comfortable stay

The size of our room exceeded our expectations. The beds were very comfortable. There is no A/C but we were able to open our windows to have a nice cool breeze at night. The balcony was lovely. We enjoyed wine at night looking at the stars. Wow! They were amazing! Speaking of the balcony, we had quite a view of the Alps and countryside. The breakfast was filled with various choices from pastries, to eggs, to fruit, to meats/cheeses and everything in between. We ate at the restaurant one night and it was my favorite meal of our entire Europe visit. So good!! The location to various tourist locations was perfect, just a few minutes drive.

The toilet and shower/sink were in two separate rooms. While we thought it would be beneficial, it really wasn’t.

Great service, location and scenery, bad room.

The location was great, the receptionist advised us on a route to walk to a nearby lake, I wish we had taken swimwear. The food and service were excellent. The scenery and views were top notch.

The room was small and old fashioned the bed was very soft a new mattress was overdue. Glad we only did one night.

Very nice place to stay, but if you need WiFi think again.

View across the mountain’s & location. Vary clean. Amazing breakfast Comfortable beds. Kettle & fridge in room. Restaurant was good & on site.

WiFi was just about none existent, I went down to reception regarding this 3 times. In the end someone came to check it out in our room and couldn’t get WiFi either. I was told it was due to the weather, yet the weather was perfect. I felt fobbed off as the WiFi was not strong enough for the size of the property.

We requested dinner reservations for our group of 7, and received confirmation. However at checkin we were informed that restaurant was closed. With some questioning I was able to get staff to find open restaurant for us, and w further questioning make a reservation, and more questioning a taxi . Should have been more proactive! But in the end problem resolved!

Beautiful hotel!

The view is unbeatable. It took some time to drive there but it’s definitely worth it. The Hintersee and the famous small church in Ramsau is 5 mins away by car. The food has quite big portion and tasty!

Pleasant accommodation in a wonderful location.

The accommodation is in a wonderful location, and we could see a beautiful panorama from the room. A perfect starting point for exploring the area. They had gluten free option at the breakfast.

A perfect place to relax

The property had some amazing views from the balcony and also very close to Ramsau Altstadt and Hintersee. The staffs were really friendly and ensured to provide all adhoc requests made.

I liked everything about the property may be the breakfast options can be a bit better with more hot food options

Wonderful stay

This is our second visit to this property as we love the the location which is beautiful. Rooms are simple but comfortable. The breakfast was delicious as well as the dinner.

Decent hotel with a mountain view

Location was good. Breakfast buffet was extensive. Sauna offered free of charge

WiFi connection was feeble. Room space was a bit cramped up. As the WC was separate from the bathroom, needed water supply in that as well. The glass shelf above the wash basin was too close to it making the wash basin less accessible

This hotel located at an amazing location. Though we reached by car, Bus stop is just in front of the hotel to reach nearby places. Friendly Staff, decent breakfast, parking is free of cost.

Shower was not fully operating. Cleaning people were not friendly. There is no supermarket or fuel station nearby, this needs some planning.

Breakfast was phenomenal. Dinner was good too - perfect for a quick meal at the end of an exhausting day - though not as good as the breakfast. Overall a stellar experience! I will 100% be back!

Convenient location, large apartment with spacious rooms

It was not possible to make our rooms dark enough to comfortably sleep, because the curtains were too thin and light. We were all woken very early by the sunrise.

Very relaxing stay in a beautiful hotel with a stunning view

The location was amazing and the views were beautiful. I also traveled with my dog and the staff were so nice and she got a welcome gift and there was a nice fenced in dog field for her to play in. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone wanting to stay in the area
