Okay room way too expensive for what you are getting

Staff was very nice and it was clean

Bed wasn't very comfortable and lighting in the room and on the hall wasn't great. Room interior was quite dated. It was way too expensive for what you were getting.

Great location if you are business traveling and/or going to an event at Messe.

Great quiet location right across from the mall, and a distance away from the main station which might be a bit too much of an experience for some people. The Messe halls are not “close” but close enough. Clean and comfy! Incredible water pressure. A great staff!

Small elevators which made bringing our luggage up a bit awkward - but we were attending Eurobike so not really their fault haha.

Very comfortable bed! Great location, close to the subway. A commercial centre is right across the street if you need to do something emergency shopping for example in case of a sudden weather change (true story).

The laundry service is a little expensive.

Good location, very clean and the staff was very nice and helpful. The WiFi was fast and uninterrupted. There was ample space to have meetings and work.

Location great, the rest was disappointing

Location was perfect foor the Messe.

Temperature in the room was uncomfortably hot and the AC was not working properly cause ut only blew the air around but not cooling at all. Plus it made a lot of noise. Opening windows helped a little but noise from the street would keep you awake at night if you left them open.

location is very good near the mess and close to city center. Some employees were very nice.

we found trash under the bed. The hotel was packed with strange people. some employees were less than nice

Standard business hotel with great location.

Room was nice and cozy, but just a fairly standard room you'd expect. Breakfast was great, though it was the same everyday. However location was perfect for those visiting the convention center, as well as having a mall right next to it. Also a short walk to the main station and a short ride to the historic part of town.

Some staff had issues communicating in English, and housekeeping never re-supplies the complementary water unless you ask for them; other than that it was a nice stay overall.

Overall, a great, convenient location. A little pricey but that comes with the location & amenities

Breakfast was quite extensive. Very good. I enjoyed the range of healthy bread.

Heater could heat the room a little better. On high, it still did not get warm
