It’s okay, not best. Location was good for us but would not return.

Cleanliness and breakfast

We had asked and paid for a late check out (12.00) but was hassled to leave at usual time (11.00). We explained but no apology received and then even before the late check out time the cleaners started knocking on our door

Very pleasant stay!

My only complaint will be the coffee, it tasted so bad. we had cappuccino and coffee with milk and both taste burnt. Not pleasant at all.

Excellent Location

I stayed one night due to an appointment at the US Consulate in Frankfurt. The hotel is conveniently located less than 10 mins walking distance away from the Consulate walk-in entrance. It also has immediate access to public transport, supermarkets and restaurants/ places to eat. The staff were friendly and multilingual. My hotel room was pristine and comfortable. I did not have a chance to eat breakfast or food from the hotel so I can’t comment on its quality but I would definitely stay at this hotel again. I plan to be back.

I’ll never be back

Never seen anyone to know what they are likes

The room was never cleaned and never giving clean towels the whole time we were there. Also I paid the same as my friends and they got breakfast every morning. My daughter was left starving

Overall, a pleasurable stay at Western

Great location, very good service, comfortable beds, very good breakfast, staff you can speak to and ask questions, helpful front desk staff, we enjoyed our stay at this location and I would recommend it to anyone.

No enough parking and very expensive to park at the property, it should be included in the hotel room price.

Two night stay

Nice Executive room (417) Most of the staff were very friendly with the exception of one receptionist. Comfortable bed. Quiet AC. Quiet room with balcony. Good access for vehicles, including taxis, at the back of the hotel.

The restaurant was not open for lunch on our first day when we checked in. Good bakery in nearby supermarket for lunch instead. Expensive breakfast Only got two tiny containers of body wash and shampoo for two people. The room is only cleaned upon request (which is fine for a two night stay) but there are not sufficient coffee capsules, water or bathroom toiletries for two people for more than a night, however we did get these upon request at reception.

A great stay with every consideration given for our needs.

My aunt is gluten and lactose free. She was delighted that there was oat milk available. The choice of food for breakfast was excellent. The room was well equpped and the beds were very comfortable.

Great option to recover from a long flight or stopover with your car.

Excellent range of breakfast foods and you can get eggs made-to-order for breakfast. There are two restaurants in walking distance and a few shops, including a supermarket. A 10 minute walk to U5 subway and 2 minutes to the bus. Shuttle transfer to the airport took around 25 minutes during morning rush hour and cost around 60 Euro. Good neighbourhood, especially when you compare it to the many hotels around the central train station. There is on-site parking for 15 Euro for a night/ 24 hours.

We stayed 3 separate nights and on the last night there was a rather noisy sports group in the hotel (teenagers). Otherwise they were well behaved, though. A 1 litre bottle of ordinary sparkling water would have been better than the 0.5 litre bottle of fancy still water.

The bed for child was extremely uncomfortable. The metal springs of the mattress was felt. The breakfast time on weekend is one hour later than weekdays which was unannounced on the website and we could not eat as we needed to leave early.

Exceptional

The Sauna was new and private. The breakfast was amazing. The staff was very young and friendly.

It needs more greenery, it's very much in the city but being upgraded. It will be better, you can see they are improving the area. Alot of traffic.
