Excellent location and we had an upgraded room which was lovely
Our shower didn’t work well for the whole of our stay - I informed reception several tinn mi es but it was not resolved

The breakfast was amazing ....delicious with a great range of choices .... The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The staff let me use the dining area to work as it had the bset WiFi and I had Teams meetings with clients back in Australia.
Maybe a few more English TV channels would be nice?

Unfortunately a good hotel doesn't have proper cleaning staff. No towels in the room, no toilet papers, no cleaning of the bath and of the carpet....shame.

The room was a good size with a nice shower and was quiet.
The tea and coffee making facilities were basic, no milk and poor instant coffee. The member of staff who checked us in was miserable but he was at least there! We never saw another member of staff until the time we checked out
