Very spacious

Room was really spacious. Great for 4 pple. Room and bathroom well equipped, clean, very comfortable.

This is easy to get to and garage parking is across the street. The staff is always excellent, Denisz was great at reception! Breakfast is way above par, the seating is spacious, they have an egg station, juicer, and a tea area that is fantastic.

Nice hotel at key Frankfurt location in the vicinity of the city centre. Spacious room, comfy beds, all the necessary amenities you should expect are available. Walking distance to public transport, the historic centre and the Christmas markets.

A great place to stay

Great location, spacious, clean. It was an excellent place from which to explore Frankfurt.

Only thing was it was quite hot - luckily the window opened, but we couldn’t get the a/c to cool the room down.

A very good surprise

To start the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The facility were all you need and more. Forgot toothpaste no bother, they have it on the room. And the positive list just goes on and on. The breakfast is DELICIOUS. Loved the atmosphere and the food.

Uncomfortable and not recommended.

The location was good and the staff was friendly.

The toilet didn’t work well. I saw when I came into the room there was toilet paper and pee in it. I told the reception and they said they would send someone. No one came. I really avoided using the toilet during my stay. Additionally the mug had a crack in it. The pillows were incredibly uncomfortable and I woke up several times at night to check if the window was open since I kept hearing the street.

One of the Best 4-Star Hotels I’ve Stayed In

Although Avani Frankfurt is rated as a 4-star hotel, I would personally place it among the very best in this category, with many aspects approaching 5-star quality. The hotel appears relatively new and is well maintained, offering spacious rooms, modern facilities (including a gym, sauna, and steam room), and very comfortable beds. There are also plenty of seating areas on both the ground and first floors. I especially appreciated the luxurious toiletries from Malin + Goetz — shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and hand wash — provided in full. Many hotels in this category tend to omit at least one of these items, so this was a real delight for me. The thoughtful details continued with a full-size hair dryer and even a shoehorn. The breakfast spread was outstanding, easily one of the best I have seen at a 4-star hotel. I was particularly impressed by the tea station, which offered an exceptional selection of loose-leaf teas, along with teapots, diffusers, and all the proper accompaniments.

While I understand the need to charge for early check-in, the rate felt steep (about 75% of my nightly rate for an 8:30 a.m. arrival), perhaps because I had secured an excellent deal on a smaller room. If the early check-in fee is a flat rate across all room types, a tiered approach might be fairer. That said, the friendly staff member, Denisz, who checked me in, kindly upgraded me to a standard room and included breakfast (which was not part of my original booking), which softened the impact of the early check-in fee. On one evening, both the locker key and steam room were not working. I did not report to get it fixed immediately as I simply used the sauna instead, but I informed the staff the next day.

Comfortable and lovely

Every thing specially the fun room for playing and the coplementry water and snack in Reception the room so clean and comfortable beds and good isolation and secure .The breakfast and stuff was great.

The parking is the big problem and did not get the promotion tickets ,the guy on reception saied its finish although and massage the Hotel via Booking that i need parking ! And the second thing the room in 1st floor of playing was not open all the time!?

Great location at a great price.

The property was in a great location central to downtown and an easy trip from the airport. The facility was much nicer than I expected at the price point.

Wonderful

Great hotel in central Frankfurt with a very comfortable and spacious room, very good bed, great shower and absolutely amazing breakfast. The staff, especially front desk was beyond friendly and professional and provided many useful tips about hotel and the city. If you are coming by car, there is a garage right across the hotel with an easy access. Hotel has great location, close to the shopping street and many restaurants and cafes. All in all - we had a very pleasant stay, this hotel absolutely exceeded our expectations and the breakfast is surely worth coming back to :)

previously, i wish to thanks Aziz for the registration and all explanations he does to us. The hôtel is ideally placed close to the animate part of Francfort. The room was very large, with a very nice bathroom. a marvelous breakfast, with very kind waiters. a very nice place to have a stop during a road trip between France and Prague.

Reception staff told me at 1200 noon : it's too soon to check you in, please come back later . What ?? If the room is not ready just check me in and give the key later at the published check in time. I was simply sent away with luggage in my hands This is very rude and unwelcoming. I had to insist to storage my luggage in the meanwhile. This new check in policy is CHEAP and rude. This would never have happened under the old NH management.

The common parts and our room were v clean . The towels and bed linen were also excellent . The shower room was good and plenty of hot water .

I booked a courtyard room it transpires there is no courtyard ! I also booked breakfast but although I showed it to staff they would not accept it . One of the ladies gave us a free break fast . The room was a the 5 floor and the traffic noise was very noticeable . If I had known that before I booked we would not have stayed .

Pleasant trip but could be far better

Breakfast was excellent and staff in this area were generally happy and friendly.

Room cleaning was poor. Didn't collect empty bottles, didn't vacuum, didn't restock mini bar, no coffee for machine. It seemed like everyone was working, but no passion for it, place seemed understaffed. Place needs a bit of a boost.

it is clean and great shower! location is super good! I would rate it with 5 stars but the AC…this is unacceptable!

It was super warm in the room… impossible to sleep. around 03:00 am I called the receptionist to ask to change the room, he said „sorry“ and that AC doesn’t work. I mean… this is not a solution to the problem!
