    The hotel is in perfect location. Rooms are good and absolutely clean. Staff is extremely helpful. The only issue was the Air Conditioning. With the outside temperatures touching 35, the aircon could barely cool down the room

    The location was brilliant that you can reach to the major locations in walking distance. However, insufficient of lighting was the major issue. The room was dark at night and the reading light was not enough to cover the entire room. Apart from that, the room was clean.

    I was charged a higher price booking directly through the hotel’s own website compared to other platforms, which was very disappointing. In addition, my emails were ignored, and communication from the hotel was poor throughout the process. The hotel itself is quite simple and does not match the price level they are charging. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations, and the way the situation was handled only reinforced my negative impression of the property. I would not recommend it at this price point.
