We had a very comfortable and lovely stay even though there was no room service.

I love that the location was just a walking distance to all the subway staions, shops, restaurants and attractions. The breakfast was not that great but its good. I love that the cofee is the lobby is available 24 hrs. There's also an ice machine and a water refill station. I just hope there was a room service, or perhaps be able to eat at the dining area with menu option. And I love that our room has a mini kitchen. It has a fridge, a microwave and a stove that we can cook our own food. There's also a self serve laundry that we were able to wash our dirty clothes.

Very small and tight elevator. NO restroom in the lobby. NO dining option. Breakfast has limited option. No Room service.

Location is great, breakfast is exceptional. Public parking is available in the building. Easy to find. Room is modern and nice

The elevator control is terrible. When you ask to take you to the garage level, first you may go to 7th flor, than to reception, than to the 3d floor and only after that you may reach your destination. The elevator and stairways are so distant that you need to use elevator even if you want only one level travel which makes your movement inside of the hotel are very unpredictable and unpleasant.

It’s downtown with a good price. Staff were amazing. Parking was a bit expensive, 35 per day. It’s not the nicest hotel, but it’s decent.

The wait on the elevator. It could be a while if you try to take the elevator at breakfast time

The location, that's it.

The staff were not helpful at all. We had a reservation for a room with a tub, and we did not get that. We asked for a transfer once available, but we did not get that. The bed was small and really uncomfortable. There was also a lot of noise and sudden bangs on the wall throughout our stay. The room was not clean. The room, compared to the competitor's, was smaller. The cleaning staff refused to clean the room at 2 pm, even though they clean the room once every three days. I needed 10 minutes until my son finished using the bathroom to let them clean the room, but they said we cannot wait. They gave me a towel and said Take care! Overall, overpriced compared to the competitor

There was nobody at the reception or at the hotel around 10:30 pm, we wanted to buy water from the hotel and ask something, nobody was there, even after we called the reception on the phone. There was also some other people waiting but there was nobody

Perfect stay

Perfect in every way, all staff are friendly room was excellent, breakfast buffet was diverse and the all day coffee is a really sweet gesture. Location is right in the center and 2 mins walking from underground. Will recommend and stay again when i come back

The car park is very expensive, and the person at the reception is very sullen and answered your questions with only one word. The breakfast variety is insufficient compared to other Marriott and the hot water is not hot at all.

The hotel was clean and the room was very comfortable. The hotel staff was very friendly and attentive to our needs. The breakfast was awesome as there was everything you could want in a buffet style breakfast. The location of the hotel is very central and you can walk to most of the important destinations in Frankfurt.

The Television in the room had a very blueish screen and we couldn't connect to the wifi connection to watch Netflix at night. It wasn't a huge issue and after I informed the front desk, they fixed the wifi connectivity of the TV but the blue screen continued. It wasn't an issue because we ended up not watching a movie, but it could have been a nice experience to cuddle up together with the kids and watch a movie at night.
