Great location

Great location at a great price. Room was really clean and lots of space.

There was a lot of noise on the first night of our stay due to a party. Also mattress on bed in living area was very hard.

Very friendly and accommodating, the location is great especially for the price point and includes a fantastic breakfast.

One night stop while travelling.

The apartment was large and had full kitchen and living room. Stayed only for one night but acceptable accommodation if you need a place for longer period.

The building has an impersonal feel. It was fully booked but I never saw any person except the staff at check in.

Overall a good stay

We had the double bedroom #102 and we liked the size of the rooms, living room, bathroom and kitchen.

The second bed and mattress is too worn out and could be replaced. Room 102 bedrooms are facing the street and will be subject to street noise and chatter late at night. Our first night was quiet whereas the second night wasn’t.

Fabulous location in downtown Frankfurt. The rooms were very spacious, very quiet, good air con, spotlessly clean and well equipped kitchen. In summary, absolutely perfect. I can assure you I will return.

Great deal in central Frankfurt.

This was a great deal. Staff was super nice, good breakfast, the room / suite I got was really large, well lit with large windows, absolutely clean, with high ceilings. Fantastic location in Central Frankfurt close to everything but still very quiet.

The wall decorations in the room were strange, in every room a large poster with a nude or semi nude women, I would suggest to change that to some more neutral and less tacky prints, e.g. modern art. The soap supply in the bathroom was sparse (although I probably could have asked for more). Also, no tea or coffee gadgets in the room.

Exceptional

Booked the Classic suite... it was very spacious and I was happy there was a bath tub. There is a complete kitchen with a fridge. Had a late checkin and you can just get the key from the front door with a code they send, and use it to open both the front door and your room. The bed is very soft and comfortable and it was lovely just sleeping in. The location is superb in front of a park with a small lake.

There was no instruction on how to check out so we just left the keys in the room. The wallpaper seems a bit dated but who cares, overall everything is clean. The kitchen light seems busted but it should be an easy fix. Booked only one night and wished we had stayed another.

fantastic location, spacious room/suite, warm, comfortable, safe.

No meals at all because the hotel has no dining facilities, so we self-catered, which went well and gave us more flexibility either to buy stuff in or go out to a local cafe for breakfast.

Sink didn't drain away in bathroom. Just needs attention.

Conveniently located near transit and near large public park. Bedrooms were amply sized and beds were comfortable. Bathroom was spacious. Air conditioning was a nice perk.

Property was showing its age. Sponges provided for kitchen were used. Furniture, floors and kitchen have seen better days. It did the job.

The location was great, everything you need is in a walking distance. The apartment was large and had enough room for the 4 of us. The floors were a bit worn out but everything was clean and functional. Easy check in and out.

You could hear the hallway door closing everytime, but other than that evertything was quiet.

Size and location are great

Floors and walls were dirty. No management after 8 pm. Other guests were throwing parties (we counted over 40 people) till very early. There is no parking on site.
