Perfect stay in a rare family athmospere setting

Very cosy & intimate with very helpful friendly staff. Nice breakfast . My 3rd stay . Nice Library/ lobby area to enjoy a book or glass of wine.

No cleaning / making up of room on second day of stay. Room a bit basic ( no safety box & quite small) but still comfortable.

A good choice for staying in the Nordend neighborhood of Frankfurt Am Main

Working and moving around in Frankfurt is easy and it's a nice city.

A very quiet neighborhood just 3 underground stops from Willy Brandt Platz, where I needed to be for work. The air conditioning worked fine, but I was lucky it was not too hot outside (29 degrees when I landed, but then there was a storm) and I slept with the window open and no air conditioning. The room was on the 4th floor, no noise. Very nice staff, super breakfast, nice desk in the room. The room had a big window, good curtains to make it dark. The area does not offer as many eating options as the city centre, but I often choose to get some food from a local store, and there's a REWE supermarket just 5 minutes' walk from the hotel, so that was fine for me. There are also some restaurants in the area, but it's mostly a residential area, and a very nice one, too. It took me less than 20 minutes to get from the hotel to Willy Brandt Platz, including walking. Buy your metro tickets in advance though, if you don't want to risk a fine. The metro does not have turnstiles, but checks are frequent.

Nothing negative. All was fine! I did not ask, and I don't know if you can get one, but there was no iron in the room (not too bad, anyway). I also had my own bathing cap (you seldom find them nowadays, it's fair, less plastics around).

Nice small bio hotel in walking distance to downtown

Very nice staff, cleanness of the room and fantastic breakfast (bio) in an historical villa. We reserved a parking spot and everything was very easy. The lobby had a small bar with a welcoming terrace.

+ The hotel is located in a central and quiet neighborhood, away from the most bustling and decadent area of the city (Bahnhofsviertel). It is also super well connected to the TRAM (Straßebahn) service, it takes only two minutes walking to reach the TRAM stop). The biggest shopping street in Frankfurt (Zeil) in reachable in 10 minutes walking. + Our room was spectacular and with a lot of space and an exquisite decoration. The bathroom was equally beautiful and spacious, with two sinks and a bathtub. Worth every euro spent! + The breakfast is very good. The offer is quite similar every day, but it's very varied and the staff is friendly. Baby chairs are also available in the breakfast room.

- It seems to me that accessibility is the only problem of this hotel. Unfortunately, the hotel is not accessible for wheelchair users and is not very practical for those who come with a baby stroller. To access and exit the hotel premises you have to go up and down 12 steps first. My wife had to carry the baby stroller up and down the stairs every time we wanted to go out as I have a disability that makes it difficult for me to walk up or down the stairs without holding on to the handrail. There is a small elevator in the hotel, but unfortunately it is located after the main staircase.

nice location - walking distance (15 min through a nice park) to the center, two bio supermarkets are 5 min walk, nice breakfast, comfortable beds; very nice and helpful personnel

Courteous staff, attentive, friendly and caring. Rooms are clean and nicely appointed. My room had a great and charming bathroom. Good breakfast, all fresh and something for everyone.

Parking is non-existant. However you can park very close by the hotel in the hospital parking lot. Runs about 25€ per night. To be fair, parking is difficult in all of Frankfurt I found. Almost better to not have a car if you plan to stay, excellent public transport is everywhere.

Great place great location great personnel

Location. 1-2 min walk to a nice little park that goes to the city center. Close to metro station. Close to nice bio supermarkets, to a nice bar, to nice restaurants. 15 min walk to the main shopping etc street Zeil. Very nice personnel. Clean. Comfortable beds and pillows. Very nice breakfast with a non-milk / vegan choice.

Wifi work was not stable. It did not spoil our stay at all since We had and used LTE.

Superb

We are a Japanese organic farmers group. I heard that there is a BIOHotel in Germany and stayed here on a business trip. More fashionable and comfortable than you can imagine! Minimal amenities that consider the earth. Room tea is also organic. Breakfast is served on a beautiful table with lots of organic options. Don't forget the fresh blueberry juice.

it’s a gem of a place. perfect combination of boutique hotel. rooms on the ground floor are exceptional. if you are all about wall to wall carpets and long hall ways of the corporate hotels this is not the place for you.

Great place

Super nice personal. A room with books is an ideal place to relax or work. Great breakfast, seats for children.

Two beds side by side instead of one large. It is easy to get into the gap between the beds if you are used to hugging each other during sleep.
