The shower didn’t look super clean (grout had what looked like mold in the corners) and none of the rooms had adequate light, making it difficult to get ready in the morning. The hallway carpets also looked like they really needed a deep clean, as they were really splotchy. Staff and other amenities were good, though.

The room cleaning was prompt when requested and completed well. Ms. Florentine at the front desk was extremely helpful and supportive of my needs. Thank you.

The staff was clueless when we needed help. We would need to depart on the Marathon day, but they didn’t know how the area would be affected by road blockages. In our research we found out that it would definitely affect our trip back and we had to leave pretty early to avoid obstructions. Bathroom drain was not working properly and the solution was to remove it to be able to shower. They didn’t explicitly stated on the check in that cleaning by default only happens every 3 days. One has to request to get that daily.

We enjoyed our stay! Helpful and friendly staff! Our room was clean and bed was comfortable! Adina Frankfurt was close to restaurants and we walked along the water. We had a pleasant stroll and had coffee near the river. We wished we booked a longer stay! We only stayed one night but it was a comfortable stay! We will book again!

I stayed at this hotel for a 3-day vacation and overall had a very positive experience. The location is definitely a highlight: it’s about 800 meters from the central train station and less than a 10-minute walk to the city center. The room was spacious and generally clean. I also appreciated the kitchen area, which was well equipped with everything needed for cooking and cleaning. Among the facilities, I particularly enjoyed the pool and the adjoining sauna — a perfect way to unwind at the end of the day. The gym was modest but decently equipped for a basic workout. In summary, a great option that offers a good balance between location, comfort, and useful amenities — ideal for those looking for a functional stay with a few relaxing extras.

I had a great stay at this spacious property during my recent work trip. The location was perfect, just a short distance from the main business center, making it extremely convenient for my meetings. Check in was great and we enjoyed our stay. The room was warm and comfortable and the pool was great. Breakfast was nothing special but filled a hole for a while. The check out was an issue, as the receptionist did not know what he was doing. It took around 30 minutes to check out, which is not ideal when our flight was at 7am!
