Handy for an overnight stay!

It was a good stop off point for our drive to Munich and had a restaurant and amazing McDonald’s next to it. The room was basic but clean. The receptionist was nice and cancelled the parking fee as we arrived so late!

No family room options but we were put next to each-other. No tea or coffee facilities in the room after a long drive this was disappointing. The hotel charges for parking but it is not in a town centre so this charge is unnecessary!

Out of town location easy to find off motorway. Loads of parking - shame about the charge. Good staff who speak fluent E

Good location & breakfast. Helpful staff.

No restaurant @ night but good Italian restaurant across road reasonably priced & good portions! Down side late night guests talking loudly in corridor which we had to go & ask to be quiet as trying to sleep after 10.00 p.m Suggest hotel reception ask guests to be mindful of others & ideally put notice up in reception to remind quests to be quiet, as you find in Premier Inns . Still would stay again.

Good parking, just on France/Germany border

Unbelievable that a branded hotel is just allowed to not bother opening restaurant or bar on a Saturday night and not care less that a virtually full hotel got nowhere to eat! Shame on Accor! Checkin staff just say restaurant closed don’t even try bother telling you where other options are Tired hotel in not greatest town! Very short sighted management

great service, warm welcome and baby cot was set up already in the room. Location was very good, you can cycle to town or visit the franco germanparc , also the supermarket was closeby

The pool was supposed be available but it was still being refurbished. This was a big dissapointement as it was qutie hot and we had hoped to use it. The works had run later than the hotel had anticipated and stated, which of course can happen. But it was a bummer for us,

we like the fact that we didn’t have to pay upfront and we were greeted with friendliness even though we went to the wrong Hotel the chap there contacted the other Hotel to let them know that we were on our way

Very comfortable stay for a good price.

Excellent value for money for a stopover stay. Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable, got a really good night's sleep. The nearby Barbarossa bakery is excellent for breakfast, eat in and takeaway. Also a really nice park nearby.
