Functional but not pleasant.

Efficient and clean

The reception staff were indifferent and particularly the Restaurant manager was rude and dismissive- it seemed that they were doing us a favour to eat in their restaurant.

Very good value for money

Excellent location, a few minutes away from the highway and at walking distance from the city centre. My room was spacious and clean Check-in and check-out quick and efficient Great bonus: some free if charge parking spots at the hotel entrance

It’s a pity my room didn’t have a safe There was non complimentary water, which has become quite usual in hotels nowadays, and the only water bottle in the room is sold at 4.50€ for 0.5 l, way too much, honestly!

Room was okay.

They have only few parking spaces and I had to park about 500 meters from hotel. Breakfast was way too modest. They answered to my booking question about 20 hours after my arrival.

Return visit here. Super dog friendly, treats on arrival. Bright contemporary fittings and decor. Friendly staff. Best breakfast bar none on our European road trip. Nice terrace and bar area for the evening

Staff was super nice, restaurant was good value for money with excellent and knowledgeable staff! Breakfast was very good. The rooms are stadard Mercure rooms but were very clean, location is perfect.

It smells after old socks in the room, garage is very poor Why can`t I collect my Arccor points because the room was booked for me over our travel service? Receprtion told me! Other hotel chains do so.

Received very well, made an exception at the restaurant to offer a meal although it was closing in 5 minutes

We arrived at the hotel late, so the parking was full, therefore we had to park off site, about a 5 minute walk.

cigarette burns on the carpets in the rooms. water leaks from the bath glass to the floor. room key cards stopped working and needed to be re-magnetised few times during the stay

Verry nice hotel with verry friendly staff. On walking distance from the center.

The location was perfect. Breakfast was verry good. Nice and quiet so we could enjoy oure breakfast. Specialy that the dogs are welcom to was a verry big plus for us.

The pillows were verry soft but thats a little personal thing.
