Comfortable Hotel near Station and City Center

Quite new hotel near the station opposite the Messe Building. Parking in the garage next door for 18 EURo. Rooms are fine, clean and have all that is needed. Breakfast is good with a wide variety of choice. Staff was friendly and helpfull. Within 5 minutes walk you would be at the Station or start of the shopping street (XMAS Martket). Parking outside difficult due to messe events around as well.

Not so much to be honest... Pillows are a bit weak but quite normal at hotels. Shower could use a good clean of sealents.

Perfect for a clost to train station stay

Good location within walking distance of the station. Nice lobby area with good late night bar. Very good for an overnight stopover, which was all I had this time.

A little trouble with some vending machines that did not work properly. Everything fine otherwise.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Room clean and comfortable. Breakfast very good and with an early start.

Could hear the plumbing from other rooms. Couldn’t work out the parking charge so I just paid full whack.

Outstanding service from reception, making a well-presented hotel even better

• Great location near the station, about a 10-minute walk to the old town • Hotel well presented with spacious rooms • Comfortable bed and excellent shower • Tea, coffee and water provided, plus a fridge which was very useful • Plenty of plug sockets by the bed, good lighting with well-placed switches • Feels like a proper hotel Car parking right next door to hotel and special rate of 16euro for 24hrs Special mention to the gentleman who checked us in. He spoke perfect English, explained everything clearly, later served us at the bar, gave dinner recommendations, and even provided an extra pillow and a small jug of milk for the room. An excellent representative of the hotel. Thank you

Negatives: only one pillow per bed on arrival and no milk for tea making, although both were promptly sorted by reception. Air conditioning could have been stronger but even in late August at 30°C we slept well. Slightly unusual bathroom design with translucent glass panels and a sheer curtain which offers some privacy but still feels a little open. None of these points detracted from the stay And included for completeness

Great breakfast, good quality-price ratio and central location

Was given a double room with two twin beds one next to the other (instead of a double bed, as it was supposed to be), which ended up being not very comfortable considering we were a couple.

Solid 4 star without being surprising

Well located. Very central and right next to a large shopping center. Basically new hotel and nicely furnished. Pleasant launch area in the lobby. Good 4 star hotel without being surprising. Staff friendly - but without being too enthusiastic.

Breakfast ok, rather simple. Fits for a business trip, for a vacation stay not very charming.

Nice hotel, great location

Everything is new and clean. Great location. Just minutes to the shopping area and to restaurants. We loved the hotel entrance area. There are many places to sit and relax. Very friendly staff.

Rooms are a bit small but perfect for a few days.

my booking was with breakfast, When I reach the hotel. they said it is without breakfast and I should pay extra even though I paid about €100 additional to the fees that my colleague paid for the same room

Great stay!

The staff were very welcoming and accommodating, especially with our dog and baby. They helped with some of the baby equipment we had and we're very happy to help.

The parking is expensive, €25 for the garage overnight. It's a nice garage and convenient for the hotel, but a bit pricey.

Look forward to coming back

Location was great, very clean, staff was very polite and professional. Absolutely will stay again next time I am in the area, and I will look for other intercity hotels next time I am looking for a place to stay in other cities

The sound proofing in the hotel was good, i almost never heard any other guests, but because of the big windows I could still hear quite a bit of street noise, but I honestly still slept fine and it wasnt an issue.

The staff were not overly friendly or helpful. The single duvet, single pillow and single towel for one person staying in a double room was a bit odd.

Very nice service, great comfort and perfect location.

Very clean and very close to the train station. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The morning breakfast lacked options but was fresh and tasty. THe staff locked me out of the room as the system registered me as checking out one day before the dates i booked.
