Pleasant Hotel

Good location in town, as we needed to be in St Ingbert on business, the hotel was very clean and comfortable. Free parking outside.

lack of facilities, eg no-where to get a drink, no tea or coffee making facilities in the rooms, and whilst I responded to the hotel's request to order breakfast on arriving there at 8am there was very little available, most of the buffet had gone, eg no eggs left, not cheese - I had to request some which was dissapointing.

One to remember!

1- As someone who loves plants I was enchanted by the huge indoor plants. They radiate a sense of calm. 2- The staff was really nice and “social”. Especially Lisa (if I remember the name correctly, she was at the reception between 17:00-20:00 this week). 3- The bathroom was very spacious and clean. 4- The breakfast was also better than most hotels I have stayed in. 5- The location is very convenient, less than 10 mins walk from the center.

1- When I arrived at 15:30 on Sunday, the reception was supposed to be open but there was no one there and we could not check in and had to wait. 30 mins and a few calls later, the receptionist arrived. 2- The staff entered my room when I was taking a shower. I was partly at mistake for not having the “do not disturb” tag on the door but it was 08:00 in the morning. I was not expecting them to be this early. 3- To my knowledge there is no restaurant or cafe in the hotel, I might be mistaken though.

It was a very pleasant place to stay. As expected. Parking was easy in the back. Easy check in n out

Breakfast was very nice with a full pot of coffee for the table and they made some scrambled eggs for us. We really liked the nice big pillows and the beautiful hard wood floors and rugs that made it very homey.

No staff in the evening. Nice bar, but closed. Same with restaurant, although this was mentioned when I booked. Quite a lot of restaurants within few minutes walk from hotel though.

sehr ansprechendes Zimmer und Bad, sehr nettes Personal

die Matratze war total durchgelegen, aber ich hatte den Eindruck das man den Einwand ernst nimmt. Frühstück sollte bis 10.00 sein, da wir uns nicht angemeldet hatten bekamen wir auch um 9.40 kein Frühstück mehr. Das war ein wenig enttäuschend

Schönes Hotel für einen Zwischenstop

Wir hatten ein sehr großes Familienzimmer, das über zwei Schlafzimmer und ein Wohnzimmer verfügt hat, so dass man zu viert endlich mal mehr Platz hatte und sich ausbreiten konnte. Die Heizung ging perfekt, so dass es auch richtig warm war. Es gab gratis Wasser in den Zimmer, das war sehr nett. Der Parkplatz ist auch toll, es gab genügend freie Parkplätze. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Gerne wieder!

Sehr nettes zuvorkommendes Personal. Haben es kurzfristig möglich gemacht, dass wir abends noch im Restaurant essen konnten. Das Restaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Sehr schickes, zentral gelegenes Hotel mit geräumigem Zimmer und ansprechender Ausstattung.

Das Bett war furchtbar weich, man ist leider ziemlich eingesackt. Von außen war es insgesamt ruhig, aber innen doch hellhörig, wenngleich die Gäste, die um 3 Uhr auf ihr Zimmer kamen, sicher auch nicht bemüht waren, leise zu sein.

Ein schönes Hotel mit sehr sauberen Zimmern in praktischer und angenehmer Lage von St. Ingbert. Extrem freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.

Das Haus ist leider ungewöhnlich hellhörig, insbersondere die benachbarten Badezimmer- und Toilettengeräusche waren deutlich bis ins Zimmer vernehmbar. Gebucht war ein "Deluxe-Doppelzimmer", das tatsächliche Zimmer war aber klein und entsprach nicht der Beschreibung bei booking.com (und übrigens auch nicht der auf der Hotel-Homepage unter "Doppelzimmer"). Es ist unklar, ob das an den unrichtigen Angaben der Plattform liegt oder an der Zimmer-Zuweisung im Hotel. Das Frühstück war nicht sehr üppig, und mehrfach fehlten Utensilien (u.a. Tassen, Brötchen), die nur sehr zögerlich nachgelegt wurden. Daher erscheint das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis leider eher ungünstig.
