Superb stay

In our 45+ years of travelling this is our first Premier Inn and it will not be the last! Superb central location, vast room, well designed and comfortable. Excellent breakfast and service. Loved our stay and would return.

Fridge in the room would have been better but the reception staff said we could ask for a room with one another time

Close to city center, clean and comfy

Overall a fine experience

Nice hotel just 3 mins away from the Saarbrucken HBF (Central Railroad Station). Shopping street right next to the corner, lots of restaurants, shops and walking areas nearby. Location is probably the best thing about this hotel. Nice staff, quick check-in/check-out procedure. Fair breakfast for short-term stays. The room family/tripple room was cozy in terms of design (literally, 2 rooms, great bathroom, 2 TVs with a fine selection of channels). We had a view in the inner court as we've asked for a quiet room.

Unfortunately, soundproofing from the corridor side was absolutely terrible: people walking next to your door, slapping their own doors, even just talking - everything was like happening next to you and there was no way to reduce this noise... It was a major dissapointment as the door just seemed a cardboard toy rather than something isolating you from the outside. We've managed to sleep more or the less fine when there were less people in the hotel. The breakfast was fine in general but the menu remains the same all the time so it's OK for 2-3 days but you'll probably get tired of it if you stay for longer. Adding some pancakes and potato dishes might be a good idea.

A Good Value Hotel in City Center

it's exactly how I want it, just across the main train / bus station (a 3 minutes walk) but still right in city center, close to everything. The room is spacious, bed comfortable, everything works. Staff is very helpful and friendly, one of them actually helped me find a good solution to get me to my next destination.

I wish they have a mini fridge in the room but that's about it.

Superb however..

The location is amazing and very close to the center and the train station. The staffs are very friendly and helpful as well. Everything was clean ,very superb. I would definitely recommend this one and we would love to visit again.

The air condition in our room was broken when we arrived. I hoped they should have known it earlier and assigned us to another room but we couldn't give up the room that we already had. Nevertheless they were very helpful and it was fixed again the next day. Luckily we booked for two nights else it wouldn't have been that worthy. However they did offered us another room or a ventilator but we chose to wait the next day and it was then the best experience we ever had. Next time check if all facilities are working 👍🏼

Very comfortable and really uncomplicated

Parking was available, though expensive. Check in and check out was fast, the room was more spacious than expected and we loved the fact that there were proper pillows and one large duvet rather than the awful typical german style twin single blankets. There was a kettle and tea/coffee in the room, also unusual for Germany. The location was excellent and breakfast had gluten free options.

It was a little loud at night, but nothing dramatic and totally worth it for the location. Our second set of towels was in the wardrobe but we found them before needing to contact reception.

Great location, airconditioning is much appreciated in summer

Great central location. Good sized rooms, bathrooms are a little on the smaller side. But good size for one person. Room also had an airconditioner which is nice in the middle of summer.

It would be nice to offer the ability to reserve parking, I arrived about 4pm after check-in time and it was already full. Parking garage nearby was quite expensive, about 35 euro, there was another unsecured carpark nearby but was cash (coins) only.
