Amazing stay and service

Amazing value for the money, I stayed in Saarbrücken to do a daytrip to Trier and Luxembourg and the hotel is very close to the train station, so it made this way easier. I was also accidentally double charged for my stay and the staff helped me fix this!

The fan that could.....not....stop...

Friendly staff and the location. Also, the pricing was better than available competition.

Fan could not be turned off for the whole night, no daily cleaning, size of room rather small for 2. Shower head broke on first use.

What you'd except from a Premier Inn but our room was huge and very comfortable. Great breakfast. Very secure parking.

The shower drain was blocked and a bit smelly. Shower door didn't close properly so the floor flooded when used.

Solid Premier Inn with its usual quality for a very decent price.

Lots of light for both relaxing and for work, extra pillows, rain shower, a bathroom surface large enough to empty two toiletry bags on, a kettle with coffee and tea. The staff was friendly and didn't make a fuss out of special requests. Changes to my original booking could be made flexibly. Thank you! The drinks menu was surprisingly cheap. There's no staffed restaurant in this hotel, but you can order pizza/pinsa/Flammkuchen. Location wise there's nothing next door, but you don't have to walk far for groceries or fast food. There were construction works at the time of our visit. Google Maps didn't show these and we ended up walking a looong way round. Next time we'll know to just head from the central station straight down the main shopping street and turn right.

There are roads on either side of the hotel. Even though the windows are sound proofed you'll hear the trams at all times. Keep this in mind if it bothers you (but it was never noisy). For us it was fine.

The location is very good, in 8 minutes you are in the main train station also, around the corner there’s is a mall and a cinema, is the second time, that we stay there and definitely we will back …

For price to value, this place is a go to.

The Room was super clean and comfy. For price to value hotel, I would recommend this hotel for sure. The Staffs were so friendly and helpful even though there is a mistake from booking.com, and I have to wait for half an hour extra before got checked in, but they manage to overcome it and make it no problem for us.

We got some trouble while checking in. The Staff told us that my name is not on the booking list even though I already booked the room from the day before. I am pretty sure that the problem lies in the system from booking.com. Because I already got my booking confirmation from booking.com but they didn't get any message regarding my booking from booking.com.

Very well located just off the main Auto Baum but quiet. Clean and very comfy beds. Lovely shower after a long day travelling.

Our air con wasn’t working and there is no phone in the room to call down to reception to ask someone to come and fix it. We had to sleep with window open and have street noise from drunk people at 1 am, 3, 5 am …

Adding to this, we also noticed the presence of a vigilant tow-away service in the area. While this may be reassuring in terms of maintaining order and ensuring parking regulations are followed, it also added an element of stress to our stay. It's important to be aware of the potential risks and take extra precautions when it comes to parking in the vicinity. It would be advisable to inquire about alternative parking options or consider public transportation if available.
