Great stay but lacking patron considerations with front desk services

The location is near the center of Saarbrucken which proved ideal. The breakfast was excellent with multiple buffet options including healthy food choices. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The front desk was not always covered adequately. It didn't take long to discover why. The receptionist is tasked with double duty of check-in coverage and serving in the dining room. When attempting to engage in a question and answer discussion, I was interrupted with the comment, "I need to go as I have something in the oven." She preceded to deliver that "something" to a guest in the dining room. I have never encountered this double duty arrangement EVER!

I liked the location the price and the breakfast!

Didn’t like the fact that when you take a shower a lot of water are going out of the bathtub. Also it could be cleaner the room.

Better choose another location

The hotel room is OK.

The hotel itself is fine, not far from the city centre, but in the middle of many busy roads with lots of traffic jam and road work, so it is a weird and awfully noisy area for an hotel. Moreover, the hotel staff is terrible, we had only one towel for 2 and it took hours and a lot of useless talk to get a second one. At the end, a really bad experience, we will never come back there.

A very nice hotel near the city center. The room was very big and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. Clean and well maintained hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

Top notch

Very comfortable rooms. When they designed the room they thought of everything. The smart tv has options to connect to your phone, making it easy to watch whatever you want instead of German tv.

The hair dryer was very weak. Paid parking, it wasn't expensive but could be included in the price so you don't have to pay again at check-in.
