I liked the pool, the friendly receptionist, and the communication before arrival.
The check-in process took quite a long time because many people were arriving at the same time, and there was only one staff member, who was still friendly and welcoming. The signage was a bit confusing, and the layout of the space felt somewhat reversed or unintuitive.

Sehr schönes, modernes Appartment. Gut ausgestattetes Hotel, mit Bistor-Küche und inzwischen sogar mit Schwimmbad. Die Lage oberhalb des Schloss Saarbrücken ist perfekt für Ausflüge, zu Fuß in die Innenstadt und Museen von Saarbrücken. Sehr freundliches Personal! Parkplätze sind im Hotel (gegen Gebür) verfügbar.
