Very convenient stop on way to mountains

The rooms were clean, modern and comfortable. The staff was very attentive and friendly. Great service. Mattresses and bedding were very comfortable. The breakfast was very good. Parking convenient right opposite the hotel. Excellent value for money.

We reallly liked the staff and the hotelbar in the evening, stuff was very friendly, kind and helpful

Ok, looked better in the pictures, a bit disappointing

Clean hotel and rooms, patio doors and small outdoor space was a bonus. Reception staff were polite and friendly. Check out at 11am was good.

Restaurant was closed when we arrived at 9pm. It said 10pm on listing and that was why we chose it so we were disappointed with that. Reception told us the restaurant is not run by the hotel. The location and area is a bit run-down and bleak.

Good value for money

Hotel Crystal is a nice place and has a good restaurant and breakfast. Our family room was very spacious, having two separate rooms, so that the kids could sleep in their own room. It is pretty well located, not far from the main highway to Switzerland.

The hotel is located on a pretty busy road. This meant that it was quite noisy if we kept the window open and the room was pretty warm when closing the window. The bar was closed pretty early, even on a Friday night.

The hotel was very clean, excellent bathroom and the bonus of a small terrace. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet had everything we wanted - good value.

Hotel on the pictures looks rly nice but in reality everything was awful and atleast 20 years old....Wi-fi didnt work in the room. My room was too far from the rooter. Wall between the rooms was useless, I couldnt sleep because I heard everything from the other room. They asked money for the parking so I expected to be closed parking but it was just parking on the street...price was very high for this 20-30 years old hotel...
