I liked the hotel, however I would expect a dusty free room for the price I paid

I liked the vibe of the hotel. It was nice to have a sauna and fitness, also the breakfast was delicious and the staff was welcoming.

Great hotel in a great location. We loved our Park Suite!

Wonderful Park Suite: large, beautiful, comfortable, quiet, nice view onto the park with a brook under the windows... Quick room service and good food. Easy parking. We'll be back.

For room service, copies of the menus in the suite would have been very helpful, as menus seem to vary on Sunday night or at lunch.

One of the best addresses I know as a professional on the road.

This place has become through years a landmark, a haven of peace. Friendly staff, everything is enjoyable, The restaurant brasserie is exceptional, you are always served cordially and in style. The rooms have warm atmosphere, overall I would say it is one of the best addresses I know as a professional on the road.

Disappointing after a number of good stays at this hotel

Location, free parking.

The attempt by the restaurant staff to increase their tip from a single figure to a double figure on the credit card receipt, after a disappointing service. Despite the fact that we informed reception, nothing seems to have been done regarding what should be a sacking offence (fraud). Seems that keeping staff is more important than keeping customers. We will look for another hotel next time.

Rude staff on reception and restaurant. I honestly felt like an inconvenience. No welcome, no politeness, nothing. just rude. Room was on the front and incredibly noisy Room was freezing cold. Only had a radiator which was off. No air conditioning. Shower was very poor. Old and In need of modernising

Large and smart dog-friendly hotel in Saarbrucken.

The French brasserie was nice with good food. Service was slightly slow for some customers although we were fine. Diverse and plentiful breakfast. Staff were great with our small dog, treats and a bowl in our room and water provided for him. Pleasant twin room as requested. We had a good stay, with good access to the motorway.

An enjoyable stop

it’s very close to the motorway, very good for us that hah a long journey. Great location surrounded by nature; I was travelling with my dogs so it’s very important to have a place around to walk them. Good restaurant e huge buffet for breakfast . very good hotel.
