A very ordinary stay.i woukd not stay there again much better available for the same price

Apartment size was good. There was a German restaurant nearby.

The check-in was atrocious. Very difficult process. The complex reminded me of a 2 star Russian hotel. No atmosphere whatsoever. If you like Burger King and Mac D stay here. They are both close by.

For 5 days no one comes to take out the trash. The window was opened to the yard and there was a place where the other guests could sit and smoke and drink a beer. And it was not comfortable because of the smell and noise.

Geräumige Unterkunft

Lüfter durchgehend im Bad. Stört extrem beim schlafen. Licht im Schlafzimmer geht nicht ganz aus. Somit ist es nicht komplett dunkel. Nicht mal wenn die Sicherung von Bad/Schlafzimmmer off ist. Übrigens die einzige Möglichkeit ruhig zu schlafen 😴

Séjour catastrophique !!! Réservation de 2 nuits avec cuisine et accès à Netflix. Arrivée sur place enregistrement compliqué nous découvrons qu’ils n’y a aucune personne physique ! Nous accédons à la chambre après un long moment à essayer de nous enregistrer. Découverte de la chambre : AUCUN ACCESSOIRE DE CUISINE !!! Ni couverts, ni casseroles, ni assiettes rien du tout. Pensant qu’il s’agissait d’une erreur nous contactons donc les responsables afin de comprendre et la à notre grand surprise nous échangeons avec une personne absolument insolante et clairement désintéressé de nos soucis qui nous remballe en nous disant que pour accéder aux accessoires cuisine il fallait payer plus. Pour mettre à disposition une cuisine dans ces cas là ??? Nous décidons de nous installer devant Netflix et là encore une déception AUCUNE CONNEXION INTERNET !! Recontacte avec cette personne qui une fois de plus nous affirme que tout a été vérifié le matin même par l’équipe ménagère. Mais qui ne nous propose aucune solution pour régler le soucis. Et tout cela pour un tarif de 142€. Bien sûr nous ne nous attarderons pas sur le chauffage qui ne fonctionnait pas, ni sur la propreté du lieu qui laisse sincèrement à désiré. Ne donnez pas d’argent à ces voleurs il y a tellement de plus bel hôtel à saarbruck

Für mehrere Tage ist das nichts für uns.

Telefon Kontakt bei der Anmeldung sofort, außer uns hatten einige Personen Schwierigkeiten sich anzumelden. Hat über das Telefon dann funktioniert. Schön das mein vergessenes Kissen schnell zugeschickt wurde. Es war sehr sauber.

Email Anfrage bei Schwierigkeiten über Qr Code ergab keine Antwort. Das Geschirr selber einräumen ist kein Service. Der Verlegte Boden im Außenflur riecht sehr ungesund. Nur 2 einzelne Haken und sehr wenige Kleiderbügel. Durch die Bundesstraße und den Burger King Fürc schlafen bei offenen Fenster nicht möglich.

Automaten Check In, keinen persönlichen Ansprechpartner. Verspätete Info e-mails. Badezimmer hatte Schimmelspuren. Die Matratzen haben ihren Zenit auch schon längst überschritten. Keinesfalls zu empfehlen für Menschen mit Rückenproblemen.

Alles noch sehr neu, modern und wirklich sauber.

Keine Klimaanlage und kein Ventilator. Bei 30°C Außentemperatur war es in dem Zimmer im 3.OG unerträglich heiß. Bei 104€ für eine Nacht erwarte ich heutzutage Klimatisierung und mehr als ein 3 in 1 Duschgel/Shampoo/Handseife.

Neues modernes Hotel an der Grenze zu Frankreich.

Die Wohnung hat mir gut gefallen, alles war recht neu und sauber. Das Geschirr war ausreichend. Kostenlose Parkplätze. Unten im Haus gibt es ein nettes Café und ein Schnellrestaurant. Das Einchecken verlief problemlos. Wenn ich das nächste Mal in Saarbrücken bin, werde ich auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten.

Baustelle direkt am Hotel, die den Weg nach Saarbrücken gesperrt hat. Dafür kann Hotel aber nichts.

🌟 Ein Zuhause auf Zeit – perfekte Erfahrung! Ich war vom 3. bis 20. Juli im Smart & Stay Saarbrücken Süd. Ursprünglich hatte ich nur bis zum 13. gebucht, aber mein Aufenthalt war so angenehm, dass ich spontan verlängert habe. Das Apartment war stilvoll eingerichtet, makellos sauber und wunderbar ruhig – ideal zum Abschalten. Der digitale Check-In war einfach und klar strukturiert, sogar bei später Anreise oder Buchung für eine andere Person. Das kostenlose Parken war ein echtes Plus. Doch was meinen Aufenthalt wirklich besonders gemacht hat, war der herzliche und professionelle Service von Sabrina. Sie war stets erreichbar, hilfsbereit und hat sich aktiv erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung ist – selbst am Wochenende! Auch Joy möchte ich lobend erwähnen – ein großartiges Team, das sich wirklich um seine Gäste kümmert. Ich habe mich dort wie zu Hause gefühlt und war ehrlich traurig, abzureisen. Nach ein paar Tagen in Paris freue ich mich schon auf meine Rückkehr nach Saarbrücken. 100 % Empfehlung – besser geht’s nicht!

Der digitale Selfcheck-in lief absolut reibungslos – modern, unkompliziert und in wenigen Minuten erledigt. So muss das sein! Das Apartment war angenehm groß, super sauber und mit liebevollen Extras ausgestattet: Kaffeekapseln als Willkommensgruß, dazu Milch, Zucker, Öl und die wichtigsten Gewürze für den Start – echt praktisch. Trotz zentraler Lage war es schön ruhig, kein Straßenlärm. Die Terrasse zum Innenhof war perfekt für eine entspannte Raucherpause. Klare Empfehlung für alle, die entspannt und smart übernachten wollen!

Kurz Urlaub mit Freunden in einer Modernen Unterkunft zu sehr gutem Preis- Leistungsverhältnis

Das Zimmer war modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber und bot alles, was man braucht, um sich direkt wohlzufühlen. Besonders positiv: die gut ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirr, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine und allen wichtigen Geräten.Im Erdgeschoss gibt’s außerdem einen Snack- und Getränkeautomaten mit fairen Preisen – perfekt, wenn man abends noch schnell etwas braucht. Alles in allem ein durchdachtes Konzept, das den Aufenthalt wirklich angenehm macht. Würde jederzeit wieder buchen!

Das Aparthotel war richtig top! Die Wohnung war geräumig (ca. 40 qm) mit separatem Schlafzimmer, moderner Wohn-Essküche und Bad – alles sauber und gemütlich. Die Küche war super ausgestattet, da fehlte echt nichts. Self Check-in hat problemlos geklappt, also alles total unkompliziert. Perfekt für alle, die gern unabhängig sind und trotzdem Komfort wollen

Perfekte Unterkunft – modern, sauber und komfortabel!

Wir hatten eine großartige Übernachtung in dieser Unterkunft. Die Zimmer sind großzügig geschnitten und sehr sauber, mit getrenntem Schlaf- und Wohnbereich. Besonders begeistert waren wir vom Badezimmer mit großem Spiegel und vorhandenen Pflegeprodukten wie Shampoo. Die Betten sind äußerst bequem, und es gibt einen geräumigen Kleiderschrank mit Kleiderbügeln sowie einen Safe für Wertsachen. Die Küche haben wir nicht genutzt, da wir nur eine Nacht geblieben sind, aber sie ist voll ausgestattet und sicherlich perfekt für längere Aufenthalte. Das gemütliche Sofa und der große Fernseher mit Netflix-Zugang sorgen für entspannte Abende. Zudem gibt es eine Terrasse zur Gemeinschaftsnutzung – praktisch für Raucher. Der Check-in war super einfach und unkompliziert, und der smarte Zugang zum Zimmer per Smartphone ist wirklich klasse! Wenn wir wieder in Saarbrücken sind, würden wir diese Unterkunft definitiv erneut buchen. Klare Empfehlung! 😊
