The say was OK. Nothing overly special

The check in staff were pleasant to deal with.

The breakfast was poor and lacking in options. The room didn’t get cleaned throughout my entire week stay. There wasn’t a light switch upstairs, for the upstairs. The ceiling lights didn’t work and was only the use of lamps. The TV didn’t turn on and the beds were uncomfortable.

Good location. Friendly staff.

My room was not cleaned once and we stayed 4nights had to go my own toilet paper and extra towels and when asked if clenaing crew could do the room I was told that they were not available and that I could borrow a vacuum. I was surprised but I suppose you get what you pay for … they had a nice breakfast display but not enough food for the guests couple of the times there was no bread nor croissant/pastries left. Had breakfast else where while it was suppose to be included.

Low price, average quality

Good price, clean, easy check-in & out, close to a mall and the tram.

Very outdated bathroom wihout separate shower, the kitchen hob has no power enough to boil water, no smart TV (you cannot connect your laptop or mobile to watch Netflix). There isn't much light in the room. Also, animals are permitted in the rooms. The nights I was there, a big dog was regularly barking from inside one of the rooms in the corridor.

Comfortable studio in Grenoble

Clean, well equipped kitchen, staff, the closet, the desk and the dining table.. The studio had everything I needed for 2 days. There were no sound issue even though it is close to the main road. The proximity of Grand Place tram station is a plus (with surprisingly regular schedule).

It is 15 min tram ride from the center, so one needs to plan accordingly.

Accueil et équipe agréable. Bon emplacement.

L'appartement est SALE. La moquette était dans un état pitoyable avec de vilaines tâches. Pareil pour la salle de bain avec des traces sur les murs. Le nettoyage n'a jamais été fait. Odeur de tabac a notre arrivée. Odeur d'égout dans la salle de bain. Mauvaise insonorisation.

Pas le choix en réservant étant dans l'urgence suite au décès de ma maman, mais cela a fait le job!

C'est calme, propre. le personnel est sympathique. L'emplcement est ben par rapport au centre commecial juste en face et aux moyens de transport collectifs.

Le lit n'est pas confortable le matelas n'est pas assez épais du tout. Les plaques électriques veillotes, pas de bouilloir, et la vaisselle au minima, meme pas de couteaux à viande. La TV est bien mais vraiment petite par rapport à la distance du lit. Il n'ya pas de balai et pelle pour faire le ménage, dans la sallede bain il y a l'emplacement pour des distributeurs de savons mais pas de savon. Il faut vraiment prendre un parking souterrain payant (5 euros par nuit en plus) car le quartier n'est pas sur (Villeneuve)

L'endroit et le personnel a la réception.

Le lit n'était pas confortable il se déplaçait seul au moindre contact n'était pas fixe sur place et il était petit pour deux personnes ;la plaque chauffante mettait une heure pour chauffer un bol de lait .
