The reception staff were friendly and helpful. It was great to be able to use the laundry.

Lovely, clean, comfortable stay within easy walking distance of numerous restaurants.

Little details for which most hotels will charge extra: still or sparkling water, extra coffee pods - nice PR touch. Staff is very pleasant and well trained. A pleasure.

Code access to the garage on motorcycles was tricky.

Decent value, but too funky for me.

The location is very central.

It’s incredibly dark inside the hotel. All the walls in the hallways are painted black. The room numbers are in red. There are no lights in a hallway until the sensor picks you up. If you open a room door or the elevator door opens and the sensor hasn’t picked you up it’s just black with the room numbers lit up in red. The walls in our room were navy blue. I suppose it’s supposed to be funky but after staying a week it gets to you.

It was very impersonal. Electronic check-in, designed to minimise the need for staff. No public spaces to speak of. Rooms open straight into the corridor so it has the feel of a low-cost hotel chain. My room was on the front, directly above the main entrance. As it turned out this was the gathering place for smokers whose conversation even at 1am was very animated. Luckily I had ear plugs with me. The bathroom was small and there was no hot water in the evening. In the morning there was “hot” water but it was really not hot enough. To add insult to injury a few days after I left I received an email saying “We are missing you already” which is a bit rich considering that the only real interaction I had was with the cleaner, who was very friendly.

comfortable beds and pillows, but small, room and unfortunately grenoble didnt feel safe

unfortunately we had our car broken into outside hotel, unable to fit into secure parking due to height of car. Hotel were helpful in providing dustpan and brush, didnt really feel like breakfast so cant comment, it looked ok and varied, beds comfortable.

rooms very compact, shower fitting a bit unstable. would have liked a bit more help regarding contacting police etc reception staff not native french, so she asked manager, who told them to direct us to municipal police which was wrong, needed national police, I would have expected manager to come and meet us directly and check that we were able to get on our way etc.

Superb

The hotel location was easy to reach, approximately 15 minutes by walk from the main train station, and the tram stop is not far away from the hotel. The staff was very nice, helpful and welcoming. The room was very clean and comfy. The breakfast was ok.

The door giving access to the room wasn't closing well, and I have to employ a little bit of energy to close it well. But this is just a detail, isn't it?

The restaurant has a poor service. The boy working at the restaurant named Noe was very kind but there was an employee Celene that took our order and despite taking 1h to serve us never showed her face again. Disrespectful! Not even a justification for the delay!

Clean big rooms in social busy hotell with it’s strong own quirky concept. lively, bar, restaurant, garden with bbq event and social hang out for all kinds of people. A digital check-in. The garage was full but there was a nice public roofed parking across the street. Convenient and simple.

Hotell is on a very narrow street and you need to be ready that it is a bar and restaurant as much as it is a hotel.

Grenoble is Great

Hotel had unique decor and a good restaurant. We ate dinner and breakfast at hotel, both were very good. Room was clean and bed comfortable.

Parking was a real problem. Hotel garage only by previous reservation and garage across the street full as well. Air conditioning did not work in all rooms the night we stayed..
