Very pleasant and comfy stay

Rooms were as expected. They weren’t that big but nice, warm, comfy. Equipment was good with a good shower, TV wasn’t that big though.

This central water taps in the corridors are overall not great but ours was also mad noisy so getting water when we came back quite late at night must have been a nightmare for the closest room to it. Car park is very tight and require loads of maneuvering to get in and out. I was lucky to not scratch the hired Peugeot estate I had…

Everything, toilet was blocked for three days and the rooms were called and heating wasn’t working properly, also carpet was dirty also the phone wasn’t working every time we need something we had to come all the way down to speak to reception

Lovely modern hotel, good breakfast and friendly staff

Lovely modern hotel, nice pool area, good breakfast and lovely friendly staff. Short walk to the shopping mall where we had a meal at a lovely Italian restaurant.

The hotel room only had 1 plus socket so it was a nightmare trying to charge 4 phones and a battery pack ready for Disney.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. Especially Martyna who looked after every aspect of our stay and went extra mile to make sure we are comfortable

Didn’t have time to explore the area, but what we did see didn’t make us want to have a wander around. We used as a stop

Staff at reception & Lobby bar were really pleasant & helpful, staff in the restaurant couldn’t be bothered.

Restaurant staff didn’t even acknowledge we had sat down- there was only a few other guests so not busy. Other guests walked out as weren’t even handed a menu, we would have done the same if we hadn’t travelled a long distance, and back on the road the next day early. The hotel is enormous, lacks any kind of atmosphere- not necessarily the hotels fault. The pool is absolutely horrific. We thought we’d book a hotel with a pool knowing the kids wouldn’t want to go out in a crowded city- I wouldn’t let them use it. Was tiny, looked filthy, and left a lot to be desired- nothing like the images.

Superb

We visit this hotel many times in the past due to the face of our work. Last 2-3 years we were very disappointed. I am happy to find out that they managed to bring back the good services they offered in the past. Clean rooms, good breakfast, friendly staff. Keep up the good work.

Value for money, clean hotel and it’s a 13 min walk to nearest metro.

It was comfy and clean. Fresh water to refill your bottle to drink water in hallway of rooms.

Staff could have been more attentive. There was bacon for breakfast on first day and none on 2nd and 3rd day staff say they need to order some in. They should know when stock is low to order before it runs out. Outdoor pool water is cold and the hotel is 4 star inside but not on the outside it’s run down looking, could do with an improvement.

Don't stay here

Only positive train station across the road in shopping center with direct service to paris city or disneyland

We booked 2 adjoining triple rooms the didn't give us them and also didn't supply bedding for the sofa beds and also rooms where very cold even when turned thermostat to 30c still didn't warm up when I told a woman at reception she was very rude and said the manager wasn't in until Monday so nothing she could do as this was Saturday morning over all very bad experience I wish I could say what I really thought of the receptionist but on here unfortunately not

A reasonable stay

The room was of reasonable size, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very satisfying. A very clean hotel.

Not being able to order a taxi when needed, and not having enough staff at reception to cope with all requests and check in. Maintenance was poor. I reported that the fridge in our room was out of order, and kept reminding the reception of the problem without response. It remained out of order even though we stayed for 3 nights.

The hotel was close to the public transports. We could reach Paris centre in 30 minutes. The parking is secure and indoor. The safe is large enough for a surface laptop. The comfort is very good. Thank you.
