The staff are fantastic. Very friendly. The shower was broken, the room was fine and the restaurant (next door at the IBIS) was very poor.

Breakfast at 7 too late when you have to go for work and paid for it

Quite a distance from Paris centre (half an hour or so on RER A) and about a ten minute walk from the station. The hotel is clean and modern. Staff are friendly and helpful. There’s the usual city tax to pay on arrival plus a €200 deposit that is refundable on checkout (we received our deposit back that evening after checking out around 10am). We stayed for 2 nights and the bed was made and clean towels brought for the second night/ day. There’s a safe in the room to lock valuables away. The only issue we had was no milk provided with the tea and coffee sachets so I didn’t have a hot drink in the morning when I woke up.

When I arrived, the lady on the front desk was very rude and not helpful when I had an issue. Then I spoke to the other gentleman who was on the front desk who looked to be in the manager and he was extremely helpful and polite. I will not be returning due to how rude the woman on the front desk was

This hotel is certainly not a 4 star hotel. First of all the hotel refused to turn on the aircondition even though the room temperature was over 30 degrees at night. We did have trouble sleeping. They told us that the government was prohibiting them from using air condition until June, which is not true. Obviously they are trying to save money although we paid for cooling. Also I am pretty sure there was bedbugs as we woke up with itchy bumps on our body.. The drain was clogged in the shower. The breakfast was not impressive. There was no water in the pool. The area did not feel safe at all. The lack of maintenance in the surroundings were appalling. It looked like some of the buildings actually were deserted. And there was trash everywhere which smelled really badly. On a more positive note the metro was not far away, and it was easy going to Paris city. The hotel had a modern look and was fairly clean.

Check in, poor service. Not really hospitality and or service minded staff, not a great customer journey. Rooms, ok but nothing great. Different than the pictures on the website promises. Its not dirty, but not clean as well. We made some small complaints with the staff, and only one of the issues was resolved. They never followed up on the other issues and or complaints. Rooms aren’t acoustically good, i had the room next to an elevator and a loud Chinese sports-team across the hall. Not good for your sleep time. The beds in the rooms are ok, the sheets are less attractive. We found stains on the sheet that stayed there for four days. They just make up the bed but don’t change the sheets. They also don’t vacuum the floor, there is visible dust in the room and the air quality is not good. Outside environment is a lot of waste of all kind, not an environment where you would like to receive guests. Several people hanging round the hotel. It feels like you are in a abundant area. When you come back to the hotel in the evening, staff just looks but says nothing. Breakfast, very average. Staff is far from service minded. They greet you if you greet them. Thats it. No customer journey here as well. Wifi available, however not stable. It goes down very often. Overall, we would rate it at a zero (0). Not to come back anymore and we wont make reservations with a Novotel anymore. Advice: dont book this hotel!

The hotel is on a great location. In the middle....20 min fron disneyland and 20 min from Paris. They also have a parking place the cost for this is 12 euro a day. Breakfast was not that great but just oke.

Housekeeping non existent. Bathroom not cleaned our entire stay ( 7 nights. ) they would just put a roll of toilet paper if finished and add towels, sometimes only hand towels and if you needed bath towels, you may as well ship them in. Had to phone 3 to 4 times for anything requested. They don’t vacuum the rooms, take out trash, change bedding Basically, the lady would just make up the bed in such a terrible way it looked like my kids did it. Very disappointed, first time staying at a Novotel brand. Won’t return 😢

I stayed at this hotel with my husband and my two boys(9 and 6). It is in a perfect location if you’re planning to do sightseeing in the centre of Paris and go to Disneyland, which is only a few metro stops away. The hotel is a few minutes walk from a shopping centre where the metro is(RER A) and there’s also a carrefur(a supermarket) where we easily got what we needed for our days out. Staff at the hotel were very helpful and could all speak English, which helped a lot as despite our efforts, our French was very basic. As the hotel is in a commercial area, there weren’t options of restaurants at our doorstep so, for our convenience, for two nights we had dinner at the hotel. Food was good. We were all very happy with the soups in the starters section which gave us all some much needed vegetables, considering the amount of chips and bread that we had been eating. The mains were basic but expensive so we shared a few. The only downside was the size of the room. For a family of 4 we were given quite a small room, but didn’t bother us too much as we literally used it just to sleep. Beds were comfortable and room was always clean.

We are Novotel fans and always book with Novotel if and when rooms exist. Therefore our expectations were high when traveling here. The room as always was great however the service and breakfast were far from Novotel standard. Getting a soft drink from reception was greeted by rolling eyes of the employee who obviously has little experience in hotel service.
