Cozy little rooftop apartment
It's a very cozy little rooftop apartment on the second floor (no lift) with everything you need inside. I could easily think of staying there again one day. The owner is friendly and helpful.
It was a little chilly inside...but as I'm from Iceland where all houses are really warm and comfortable all the year around being warmed up by natural hot water from deep down in earth it's not fair to compare what I am used to with very costly heating systems in houses across the European continent. I had an overall very nice stay 🙏🏻🌿

Beautifully decorated apartment in perfect location for Paris and Disneyland!
What a wonderful find! The hostess was so friendly and welcoming and provided excellent tips and information on travelling into Paris and on the local area. She responded almost immediately to any queries we had and speaks very good English. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated and very spacious, and has everything in the kitchen cupboards you may need for your stay. We found the electric blinds very helpful to block out light to help our baby sleep, and to try and keep the apartment cool as it was very warm weather during our stay. The location of the apartment is ideal for accessing both the centre of Paris (under 20 minute journey via RER) and Disneyland Paris (also accessible via RER but we chose to drive). There is also a supermarket right around the corner and a nice bakery to get your morning croissants! We hope to return again!
Our room was on the middle floor and on our first two nights we could hear quite a lot of noise from the people staying above us late at night. This probably only bothered us as we were concerned it may wake our baby and obviously isn't the fault of the hostess.

A very pleasant stay in a great location.
Owner was very pleasant and was able to accommodate our arrival time without issue. She gave us the key and showed us to and around the apartment on arrival and also gave us some information on buses and local facilities. The apartment itself was very clean and well equipped. There were two en-suite bedrooms, with an open planned kitchen/dining/lounge area between the two. There was good wifi available along with a tv offering Netflix which was great for winding down after a long day out. The windows have electronic blinds which were very effective at keeping the light out so we weren't woken up early with the sun beaming in. Location was perfect. There is a supermarket and bakery selling delicious fresh baked goods a short walk away. The apartment was also equidistant from Disneyland and Paris, both being only a 20 minute train ride away.

Exceptional
The apartment is fully equipped to facilitate a pleasant and comfortable stay. The owners are extremely friendly and ready to help. Eventhough it is written in the accommodation policy that the chech-in is after 17:00 , the hostess accepted us with a wide smile and friendly attitude three hours earlier. She even let our doggy to play in her garden. We liked the location as it is near Paris but in a calm and not so crowded area where a supermarket, bakery and pharmacy are just about the corner. The free parking inside the property is a good feature also. I really recommend this accommodation and definitely will return the next time I will visit the area!

Poor
Clean apartment, although very small for 6 people. We couldn't walk around without hitting the furniture. The sealing above the beds are too low and my kids got hurt many times sadly.
The host was impolite. We requested a 30 mins late check out 30 mins. A family of 6 with kids and elderly parents and she said a rude NO. There was no soap in one of the bathrooms. The apartment was a shoe box. Not To Be repeated if you have families.
