Cozy little rooftop apartment

It's a very cozy little rooftop apartment on the second floor (no lift) with everything you need inside. I could easily think of staying there again one day. The owner is friendly and helpful.

It was a little chilly inside...but as I'm from Iceland where all houses are really warm and comfortable all the year around being warmed up by natural hot water from deep down in earth it's not fair to compare what I am used to with very costly heating systems in houses across the European continent. I had an overall very nice stay 🙏🏻🌿

Beautifully decorated apartment in perfect location for Paris and Disneyland!

What a wonderful find! The hostess was so friendly and welcoming and provided excellent tips and information on travelling into Paris and on the local area. She responded almost immediately to any queries we had and speaks very good English. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated and very spacious, and has everything in the kitchen cupboards you may need for your stay. We found the electric blinds very helpful to block out light to help our baby sleep, and to try and keep the apartment cool as it was very warm weather during our stay. The location of the apartment is ideal for accessing both the centre of Paris (under 20 minute journey via RER) and Disneyland Paris (also accessible via RER but we chose to drive). There is also a supermarket right around the corner and a nice bakery to get your morning croissants! We hope to return again!

Our room was on the middle floor and on our first two nights we could hear quite a lot of noise from the people staying above us late at night. This probably only bothered us as we were concerned it may wake our baby and obviously isn't the fault of the hostess.

A very pleasant stay in a great location.

Owner was very pleasant and was able to accommodate our arrival time without issue. She gave us the key and showed us to and around the apartment on arrival and also gave us some information on buses and local facilities. The apartment itself was very clean and well equipped. There were two en-suite bedrooms, with an open planned kitchen/dining/lounge area between the two. There was good wifi available along with a tv offering Netflix which was great for winding down after a long day out. The windows have electronic blinds which were very effective at keeping the light out so we weren't woken up early with the sun beaming in. Location was perfect. There is a supermarket and bakery selling delicious fresh baked goods a short walk away. The apartment was also equidistant from Disneyland and Paris, both being only a 20 minute train ride away.

Nothing to add here. This was a gem of a find.

Exceptional

The apartment is fully equipped to facilitate a pleasant and comfortable stay. The owners are extremely friendly and ready to help. Eventhough it is written in the accommodation policy that the chech-in is after 17:00 , the hostess accepted us with a wide smile and friendly attitude three hours earlier. She even let our doggy to play in her garden. We liked the location as it is near Paris but in a calm and not so crowded area where a supermarket, bakery and pharmacy are just about the corner. The free parking inside the property is a good feature also. I really recommend this accommodation and definitely will return the next time I will visit the area!

There is nothing negative to say about. Everything was wonderful!

Poor

Clean apartment, although very small for 6 people. We couldn't walk around without hitting the furniture. The sealing above the beds are too low and my kids got hurt many times sadly.

The host was impolite. We requested a 30 mins late check out 30 mins. A family of 6 with kids and elderly parents and she said a rude NO. There was no soap in one of the bathrooms. The apartment was a shoe box. Not To Be repeated if you have families.

Nice place close to Disney

Well equipped, 25 min from Disney, 15 min walk from RER station. Apartment is spacious, with sufficient living room. Supermarket and bakery in 100 mtrs. Communication is fast and easy.

Superb location and very nice hosts

Very hospitable hosts, great apartment, great breakfast. A nice surprise indeed...We stayed for 1 night only unfortunately and we were expecting something functional, but it was much more. The apartment is great for families with kids also!

De locatie was perfect om Parijs te verkennen. We hebben Parijs bezocht met onze jongens van 4 en 5 jaar oud. We hebben 2 fantastische dagen gehad en het verblijf bij Lea de Paris was super. Gelegen in een rustige wijk. 15 minuten lopen naar het treinstation. Een prima bakker om de hoek waar je in de ochtend op je gemak een ontbijtje kan doen.

Kleine krappe badkamers. Geen of onvoldoende airco op dak appartement (zolder) Hadden allemaal jeuk van het linnengoed, zagen ook best veel kleine beestjes op de kamer ondanks dat het zo hoog gelegen was.

Zeker een aanrader!

Het contact met Lea was erg prettig. Ze was erg vriendelijk en gaf fijne tips. We mochten zelfs onze bus op de dag van vertrek laten staan tot het eind van de middag. Het appartement was mooi, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Fijne douche, lekkere bedden en ook de slaapbank in de woonkamer was een volwaardig eenpersoons bed (geen uitklapbed).

Rewelacja było warto na nowy rok

Miejsce położenia obiektu, tuż za rogiem supermarket i obok niego dosłownie 20m piekarnia. Gdzie można zaopatrzeć się w bardzo pyszne pieczywo. Położenie przystanku autobusowego dosłownie 2min pieszo (tylko kursuje chyba co dwa dni) bezpośrednio pod pociąg i później w metro. Czystość w obiekcie dobra nie było syfu. Miła Pani właścicielka :)

Heerlijk rustig verblijf op top locatie

Mooi, ruim appartement in rustige wij met supermarkt en bakker om de hoek. Heerlijke bedden. Lekker koel appartement net alles aanwezig. Hele vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaresse. Bushalte voor de deur of een heerlijke wandeling naar het treinstation en je bent in een half uur in Parijs

Alles was top. Als ik toch iets moet zeggen dan was niet alles helemaal schoon in de keuken. En het is best gehorig. Je hoorde de bovenburen lopen, de bovenvloer kraakte erg. Maar dat was voor ons geen probleem.

Fijn, maar te ver van Parijs

Mooi ruim appartement. Alles aanwezig. Rustige omgeving.

Afstand naar Parijs is te ver. Daar het ontzettend druk is op de wegen. Meerdere keren heen en weer gereden, minimaal 35 minuten maar ook een keer 50 minuten gereden.
