Close to train station. All the basics you will need

The area at the back of the building that you exit towards the trainstation is very dirty due to the big trash containers along the road. No kettle.

Location is very close to the RER.

Upon arrival, I found that the trash bins in both the bedroom and bathroom were full, which immediately raised concerns about the overall cleanliness and attention to detail. Making matters worse, the ceiling in the room was completely unfinished—only one corner had been painted, while the rest was left exposed with bare cement and spackle, as if someone got bored halfway through a DIY project and just gave up. There was no reception staff available to request a different room—only a security officer who handed me the key. On the second night, a stranger entered my room with a suitcase before realizing it was already occupied and quickly leaving. When I reported this to the front desk, they didn't offer an apology or even seem particularly surprised. Soon after, I was locked out of my room and asked if I had "a lot of stuff" in there—which felt both intrusive and inappropriate. That experience left me uneasy enough to carry all my valuables with me anytime I left the room for the remainder of my stay. When I brought up the initial cleanliness issue, the only question I was asked was whether I had clean towels—as if that somehow negated everything else. That was the extent of their concern. The overall experience was unprofessional and unsettling. I do not plan to return.

Modern and very clean. Good location for quick trains to Paris. Lovely breakfast and very helpful and friendly staff. Very pleased.

The studio had everything that we needed.

First thing is when we first arrived there was no way of getting in as we did not have a code. Another person who was staying let us in. Also the bed was a little bit too firm for us but that is personal preference. Also just as we were leaving we saw some rats within the rubbish that was in an opened bin.

More space than a hotel for the same price. Private kitchen. Very clean bathroom and bedroom. Access to the residence through a card which made it both secure and convenient. Helpful person at the desk. Very calm and silent. Plenty of hot water. All we needed to cook as well as welcome surprises such as coffee machine with a few coffee and tea doses.

Residency is old and it feels. Bedroom didn't feel cozy and a bit cold without the ability to change the temperature. Except for the bathroom, equipment felt old and very used. Extremely small shampoo and soap bottles, one and half toilet paper rolls, no paper or towel to wipe the kitchen and ustensiles after use. The cleaning lady refused to give us any extra. Not a big issue but many of the information on booking website are outdated (no guarantee money, no way to use the provided qr code. I doubt the room was 30+m2, more likely 25m2).

Its was hot and no AC in the room . House keeping was done only once for my 10 Days stay eventually sifted to near by 4 star hotel Novatel for three night for rest of my stay

Service was the major issue ....no daily house keeping coffe maker once fill with four capsule only at the time of arrival. Rest of the period no one came.

Had a fun vibe and unique look and feel which is why I opted for it. Multiple floors/layers made it feel big and airy. Shower was small but worked great.

Had a student vibe. Windows didn't open. No instructions on how to access the property. Rang the number on outside gate and security didn't speak english.

Near the ReR station and bus also , 30 min by RER to disneyland , also so close to the mall with carefour so its so near to everything.and the landuary was cheap and the staff were so friendly and helpfull 💚💚

Clean, spacious, nice kitchen, highly secure and next to a super store where we were able to get groceries. Cooked two dinners. Laundry facility. Friendly staff. Little bit from from main city bit Uber is just 35 minutes to all attractions.

Very clean, modern, close to train station. Trains are regular and quick. Small kitchen and fridge so can self cater a little (not full cooking facilities) Nice dining room space. Big windows. Friendly students.

It was a nightmare to get in to the accomodation as all gates and doors are on fob-access so we could'nt get to the reception to pick the keys up. After long phone calls with Booking.com we only got in as a kind student helped us. Booking.com weren't able to help as they don't have direct contact with the accomodation. We asked them to pass on a message about our cancelled flight and so late arrival and the accomodation hadn't received the message when we got there.

The hotel itself looks like a university frat house. The room we were given looked nothing like the images with a small wobbly step ladder to get to the mattress on the floor that they listed as a bed. The accommodation was not clean we found skid marks left in the toilet! They moved our room to one that did look like the one in the photos however there is no air con so the windows were opened as the room was so hot. People were screaming and fighting outside the room making us feel incredibly uncomfortable. We left after 1 hour and found another hotel. Both the accommodation and Booking.com have been incredibly unhelpful and won’t issue a refund.

We visited Disneyland and the transfer was easy and quick with the RER. Apartment size was good.

We had a loft apartment. There was no air conditon or drapery on the windows, it was very very hot, so i could't sleep at night. The apartment was noisy, a busy road was near and under the windows was the loading platform of a supermarket, so from 5-6 in the morning big trucks came and goods were packed out with big noise.

The rooms are super noisy. The building and drainage system is so poorly designed that in the morning you can keep hearing toilet flushing sound from other unit. The area and streets are also super noisy.

- Plumbing in room! There's pipes above on the ceiling. Whenever you flush / use the sink/ use shower, the plumbing /drains makes an insanely loud noise. Toilet is located in the bedroom so when you flush, imagine an airplane toilet flush sound but louder echoing through the bedroom. When you're with someone who is a light sleeper. Also when the room above us flushed / used any water, it was INSANELY loud. Same principles. Sounded REALLY loud, woke me up multiple times. I did not get one restful/ full sleep here at all. - There is no air conditioning. We had a sun-facing room. The only ventilation you have is opening a window. I have bad asthma and hay-fever. I needed the window open to breathe but in 27 degree heat??? There is no wind so no air coming in!!!! I was cooking alive, and my lungs were burning, eyes were watering, nose was running. Complained to customer service, no fan was provided. No one came to check on us. No room change was available. I was with my 13 year old sister so I wasn't trying to be room-less in a foreign country so just had to suffer. - The location of this hotel is TERRIBLE, area surrounding it is TERRIBLE. There is a lorry depot nearby. There are trollies and constantly sounds of EXTREMELY LOUD metal clanging all. Night. Also, there was a bench outside our window( specifically). This bench had people I assume staying at this "hotel" (more like student dorms). They were obnoxiously loud, playing music and talking at 2;30am on this bench that the hotel had obviously provided. . I had contacted customer service night watch to have these people removed as I was trying to sleep after a long drive from LONDON TO PARIS which was a total of 8-9 hours of driving. No one from the hotel went to go tell them to leave. They left after another 2 hours. On top of this I had only just managed to sleep when they started this noise even though it was insanely hot in the room. The staff here just don't care.

Lovely place, the rooms were the perfect size and very clean, and the property itself had great facilities. especially suitable for young people travelling, very accessible also.

Only downfall was the noise from the plumbing, especially late at night, and the fact that the room ceilings seemed unfinished. Other than that everything was perfect.

it is not a hotel there is no service for anything. it is a student dorm.

ok first of all it is important to point out that this is not a hotel but rather a apartment building with some hotellike features. i really likes the design, everything is modern and new. The room was clean and had a very interesting style. The windows overlooked the inner courtyard and it was quiet. I really liked that it was close to the RER train station - traveling to central Paris and Disneyland was super easy and convenient. Onsite stuff was really nice. Vending machines on property were coming handy when everything else was closed. Overall good value for money.

1. Very important remark: it is next to impossible to find the location for the first time when travelling by train. For me it was super challenging. The name „ECLA”is on the building but it may not mean much for someone looking for „Residence Noisy..” There are no directions how to get there on booking. 2. Second thing: the neighbourhood is quite dodgy and I felt unsafe when walking from the station to the hotel. 3. I do not recommend this for families with kids - i felt like on a student campus with lots of parties and drinking with loud music on site. 4. I had a very hard time communicating with phone operator Bryan when calling the number provided by booking. I tried to get directions how to get from Carrefour in the shopping mall when i first arrived and found it difficult to reach reception however i did not reach the fron desk at the residence but a call center representative who needed my booking number and did not give me directions. i was also trying to get the information before i arrived but the email exchange with this object is tricky. Same issue with the key not working at 11 pm at night - call center needed to verify my booking instead of helping with the key.

not the best area safety wise

to start with it was very hard to find the reception as this is more of a Uni accommodation. when we finally got into our rooms, i had a shower and the shower tray overflowed onto the bathroom floor. the drain wasn’t working so we had to dry the floor with towels. whenever we flushed the toilet you could see dirty water coming back into the shower tray. i told reception this and they said it would be fixed the next day, so we couldn’t have a proper shower until the next day. we went out and got back around 11pm the following day, the issue had not even been looked at and by this time reception was closed again. this meant we had to go 2 days without a shower. also we were given half a roll of toilet roll when we arrived. when we ran out we asked for more and more towels. they said it would be put in when the shower was fixed. this meant we had no shower, no towels and no toilet roll for at least a day. i have since contacted the property about possible compensation for this, they are yet to give me any kind of information regarding this after about a week. i highly do not recommend

The room was clean and spacious.

We couldn't sleep at all, it was very loud, all night long. The TV was not connected so we couldn't watch tv.

proximity to station and shops was great and very convenient. Comfortable rooms with good amenities.

checking in late was a little difficult as it wasn’t clear where the reception was, however once in check in was very smooth
