Good location, dreadful staff

Good location

The person at the reception asked us to pay for breakfast when it was clearly included in the price. Despite showing my booking, he insisted. Also some cleaner came into the room at 8am when we were all asleep. Very unprofessional. The staff is very poor in this hotel

Comfy, clean, warm, handy location for Disney and Paris.

The beds were so comfortable and the duvets and pillows soft and warm and clean. The whole hotel was clean and tidy, nothing looked shabby or in disrepair. Excellent for a budget hotel.

The drinks machine didn’t take cards and they didn’t see drinks on the premises, no where around the hotel was open to buy drinks on our return, this might sound trivial but drinking is very important to me, and tap water isn’t great. This was my only negative about the hotel.

Convenience between Disney and Paris

The place had a convenient location, offered a breakfast for a fee and was comfortable

You do need to walk a few minutes to get to the metro, but it's a good exercise. Also, the bathroom was a bit small

Location, convenient for RER. Easy access from/to disneyland. Good breakfast. Shopping mall/supermarket short walk away. Convenient for central Paris visit. Good value for money.

The location was good. The breakfast was ok for a budget hotel. The staff were very kind and helpful.

The beds were not comfortable, especially when sitting on the edge to do something. It was just impossible as the mattresses were unequal.

The only thing I like in my stay is location of the hotel as it is easily accessible from train station and the RER train covers all the major destinations

Staff need to bit more responsible as I have asked the staff to store the medicine and ice pack on the fridge and they didn't really care about it.

Cheap and adequate but no frills.

Low cost not far from Disneyland on Metro.

Traveling by Metro we took wrong turn out of the station and ended up in an area that felt threatening - various males staring and some clear and open drug dealing. Do don't head out through the car park. Once we worked out that we needed to leave through the Shopping centre floor 2 it was easier and safer to get to the hotel.

Air-con was Noisy when its on. Can hear noise from outside. And toilet door couldn’t closed properly.

Hotel has good location, train station close, supermarket short distance. Car park beside doors. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Room was basic, only think was bathroom, so so small, basically if you sit on toilet you don’t have space for legs, or you need to keep open bathroom doors. Shower cubicle was really small as well.

Great hotel, clean, friendly staff, close to train station. Loved that the single bed folded into the wardrobe so we could put it away for extra space.

The room was very small, however I do think the room was planned well to get the best out of the space available.

The staff was amazing and they treated my son with so much care. Room size was fair and it had a real bathroom, not the usual shower cabin I usually see at Ibis budget.

The room cleaning service was confusing. Onde day they removed all towels with no replacement, the other day just 1 of the 3 towels, also with no replacement. I could easily ask at the reception, but it didn't really make sense.

Reasonable room space for a family. We were given an adjacent room for my two sons and for my husband and myself and my 7 year old daughter. Very near and accessible to a shopping mall and train station going to Disneyland. Reception staff are great. Breakfast is decent and breads are fresh everyday. Room service staff and reception staff are very nice and accommodating. Try the turkish restaurant near the hotel as the prices are very affordable. They offer wraps,pizzas, and burgers and chips. The shop owner was very kind. We survived our Christmas dinner eating their food. Overall a great stay.

Rude staff dirty bug infested room

The rooms were not only dirty. 1 of the rooms had ants and bugs crawling around. We arrived very late and was extremely tired and just wanted to get to bed. When we told reception the next morning they were so rude and said we should have reported right away. We didn't notice it until the small hours after my daughter went to use the bathroom. The staff seemed very unbelieving until we showed them the photos.
