Appalling hygiene standards Avoid! Avoid!
The night staff were helpful but were dealing with complaints we should never have had to make in any well run hotel …. See our complaint to in the next section
On arrival one of our 4 rooms had no bedding .. new room allocated by night staff. Then one room had no TV remote it was on the 4th floor and my 72 year old mother who didn’t want to disturb anyone (and can’t use a lift) walked up and down from the fourth floor twice as first control offered didn’t work..she is also recovering from a broken ankle. BUT our biggest complaint was found in the bedroom of my son and partner travelling with a 2 year old who actually found a pair of soiled underpants in their bathroom..DIsgusting! I have emailed customer services at Accor hotels, no reply as yet. Will never consider using an Ibis hotel again and say AVOID this hotel at all costs!

A good hotel for a low price. Great option if you want to visit Disneyland in Paris
The hotel was clean, great price and distance to Disneyland, there is a parking if you are travelling by car and the check-in is available 24/7
The staff seemed very friendly but they speak a very broken English. If you don't speak French, it might take a couple of tries to communicate what you want

Brilliant location for Disney and Paris
The breakfast was nice, but the best thing was the location. So close to the train station. Making it easier access to Paris and Disney it saved us alot of money. €40 in a taxi from the airport then €8 on the train each back. Also €7 each return to Disney.
Rooms were small but adequate. No kettle in the room 😕

Noisy & Hungry
Comfy bed
Bar & Restaurant was closed for both days we stayed. I find it hard to believe that you expect customers not to want food and drink during their stay. Hotel was very noisy at night, people outside reception making noise until gone 3am both nights, bedroom doors being slammed shut all night. Expected, like other hotels there to be a quiet period after midnight.
