B&B HOTEL Champigny-sur-Marne

It’s pretty much what you’d expect. Good for one night. - surprisingly comfortable shower and beds were fine. 20 min drive from Disneyland and great option with (tight!) parking for those continuing on to Paris!

We did have an issue however, with the information on the website. It mentioned that the reception would be closed as of 9pm, but since we were going to be in Disneyland until midnight this was quite stressful since we realized pretty late. Finally there was someone there to let us in and check us in, but if you plan on arriving late, let them know well in advance!

The indian take away advertised in the hotel machines for automatic ordering was unreliable. The food was never delivered after we paid for it.

We liked it a lot but there was no mini fridge in the room…

The location is good, you are near the highway and close to the subway so you can move around pretty fast. The hotal also give you access to a secured parking just book in advance. In the hotel the rooms are calm you dont hear anything from outside.

The bed are quite hard so not optimal for person having back pain. No hair dryer in the bedroom.

The location is great and the checkin process was very smooth and efficient. The underground parking is a big plus, but not ideal if you have a bigger car :-)

The bed was described as a double bed, but instead there were two beds pushed together, and both mattresses were not very comfortable, and extra stiff.. in need of an upgrade in my opinion

The women in reception didn't speak English, and it was difficult to communicate with them and get information. Especially one of them. I think that English language is necessary in hotels.

The staff said that the city tax wasn't included, than i checked from booking reservation and it was tax included, the girl said sorry yes it's included. The printer had some issues and she said you can come back to take the receipt later.. I come back one hour later and i found another guy who said to me you have to pay the city tax, i tried to explain to him that with his colleague we spoked about this and it didn't even let me explain he spoked over me all the time saying she is new she dont know, i mean even she is new and the did some error he had to be patient and listen to the customer till the end. After that i sayed no problem i will pay the city tax. Than he charged me 3€ when i controlled from booking reservation was just 1.50€ city tax and i asked why 3€ when here's just 1.5€ and hed sayed this is for two persons. I sayed that the reservation is just for one person and this is my friend to help me with baggage and she will leave soon. He says that he can reimburse for me the 1.50€ but i sayed no i doesn't matter for me 1.50€ But customer service is more important that.

This hotel is fare , staff were unhelpful and rude, very remote area with no restaurant near by, I didn’t like their breakfast options, doesn’t reflect the cost.
