Staff, room and nice location

Great place and great value!

Staff were so helpful, the hotel was clean and comfortable. So convenient to get to. Take away next door is next level!

The hotel was was really lovely , very clean and staff the where wonderful. The rooms where spacious and very very clean , soft bed and lots of storage space . The kitchenette had all the utensils you need to cook up a storm if you wanted with a nice size fridge and microwave . Train station straight to Disneyland Paris was a short 10 mins walk away , shopping centre 7 mins walk , bus stop right outside 2 stops to noisy le grande train station. Lots of food shops around dominos pizza Chinese , Italian all 10 mins walk , pan Asian cuisine right beside hotel

A payment was taken that they couldn't see on their system, 4 days after checkout this is still pending in my account. I was just told to wait. Breakfast was ok but not a lot of choice. The gym is minimal, cable machine 2 bikes 1 treadmill that wasn't working. Asked for twin beds, got a double and pillows are small, more like large cushions

Everything. The room was clean and new. The receptionist were all pleasant, approachable and able to speak English. The location was excellent. Supermarket, shopping mall, restaurant, train station (rer) is walking distance. WiFi is available

The aircondition is not so cold

Good clean rooms, friendly helpful staff, good location for city and Disney.

Don't think it's quite finished yet, lacking some facilities, but it is a cheap option anyway. Could do with some finishing off in regards to the bar etc.

Nice decoration very comfortable for 2 adults and one girl 16 years old ! It's a good location for disneyland with only 5 stops by train and for Paris it's easy to train and metro ! Good for the family ! But at night when you return by train it's only the area down the bridge that looks dangerous ....but if you go the circle is ok ! Thank you !

Down of my room i think an open new store and in the morning make noise...and the pillows must be longer It's small for sleep!

Family of four, modern connecting rooms, twins beds for kids and two bathrooms made this perfect for us! Lovely decor, very clean, very comfortable. Little kitchen in both rooms with hob, microwave, fridge etc quiet, no noise. Staff were super helpful and friendly.

If you stay for 5-7 days you only get your room cleaned once, however did ask for towels and toilet roll to be replaced during stay and staff were happy to help/provide. No tea towels, wash cloths/sponges or washing up liquid to clean dishes provided which was only realised once we had used the dishes. As a kitchen etc is provided would be good if things to clean it were provided if the room is only cleaned once in a week. A lot of reviews have commented about the area feeling unsafe. On our first day we went to look for the arcade/ shopping centre so we could find the RER and know where to go the next few days to get to Disney or into Paris. We ended up walking a longer route round, through some streets that did feel unsafe however reading previous reviews I think made this feel worse. However if you cross the road to the opposite side of the hotel entrance at the road crossing, straight ahead is an opening between two blocks of apartments, there is a children’s play park there, walk past the play park and straight ahead is a multi storey car park, walk through the multi storey at ground level to the other side and turn right, walk a short walk ahead and you will see the shopping centre entrance to the left. Shopping centre is great and RER in at level 0. Access to RER is great, 17.50 euro for 4 of us to Disney each way and 15 euro to Paris city centre each way. Very easy to use the train and drops you right at the entrance to Disney no further transport required. Once we understood the route from hotel to RER we felt perfectly safe make the journey each day. We left early morning and some evenings didn’t return until 8/9pm.

The hotel is nice.. The location is good. 3 minutes walk to the shopping center and 10 minutes walk to the metro station if you want to take the train to Paris city.

Everything in the room was clean and new We stayed during summer so air conditioner was a big plus for us

Room service - we booked for 8 days and were told we only getting the room service to clean our room once during our stay

The hotel is pretty new and the facilities are modern and clean. Nice room with kitchenette, we did not use it but it had a lot of kitchenware. Close to Disneyland Park by RER. Access to the RER by the mall that’s 5 minutes away from the hotel.

The area from the hotel to the RER/mall was a bit sketchy.

The WiFi was a bit flakey and the shower pressure lacking. The hotel is a bit far from the RER station, but there's a quick route cutting through the shopping mall and parking lot.

Property is new and clean, rooms are fine everything you need for a weekend stay. Good distance from Disney, trains are needed though, good distance from Paris, just a couple of trains away. RER runs late. Staff welcoming and helpful. B

Area is a little bit scary, just a bit dark and dull. I would not want to walk round here alone. To get to the RER you either walk through a supermarket arcade, through some alleys or you have to go the long way round following the main road which is okay. We had teas/coffees provided but no kettle.

Breakfast was very limited.

I loved everything about the hotel. It was safe and comfortable. We were a family of 4 and there was more than enough space for us. I love that they had a table and a whole kitchen in the room. The view outside was so beautiful too. There were great walking areas with beautiful view. The station was 10min away with a shopping mall close to. They do have a private parking as well so don’t worry. The staff was kind and communicated with us in english, since we couldn’t speak French.

The bathroom was great but I didn’t like the fact that when you shower the water is flooding everywhere and there is no windows in there.

Too expensive for what It Is, the area Is no good as well as the building which include an abandoned shop next ti the hotel
