We enjoyed our stay in the hotel.

Very convenient location to visit Königssee. Spacious, clean room. Big balcony although facing the parking lot. Free parking. Nice staff. Good breakfast.

Everything was wonderful

Room, view, staff were wonderful. Breakfast was exceptional, the only hotel in 2 weeks that offered eggs for breakfast in the included breakfast.

Expensive accommodation but in a lovely location

Nice view from the accommodation. Restaurant on-site with good variety of breakfast options. Massage chairs and sauna available. Free bus use available with guest cards.

Room was dated and expensive. Staff recommended not to use the buses and instead drive and park at Königssee, due to a discount being available with our guest cards, but this is not the case. We would recommend parking at the local bus stop and making use of the free bus.

Good place to recharge batteries after long journey with great breakfast.

The room was clean and had all the things you need - comfy beds, a clean bathroom, and quiet surroundings. The breakfast was great with a variety of foods. We used for a one-night sleepover during the long journey, so the hotel met our expectations. I want to say a big thanks to the employees who even offered to have a snack and drink, even though we arrived quite late.

Nice place to stay close to Konigsee

Location is 20 min by walk from the lake (or 5 min by bus) in very beautiful quite area. Room was as on photo, comfortable and clean. There was a kettle in room. They have a sauna, but it should be booked in advance.

Beautiful location, big restaurant inside, good lavish breakfast, supportive staff, big rooms, lot of parking space, space for outdoor activities, no neighbour building, lot of other restaurants walkable and very affordable .. Overall excellent place to stay.

Great location, very comfortable

We booked a triple room and it was quite spacious with a big bathroom. Great location, close to the lake. Staff was very helpful and friendly and food at the hotel restaurant really tasty.

My folks stayed in a standard double and complained the bathroom was very small. They were also woken by party goers two night in a row.

The Hotel was very nice. The bedroom was ok. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The dinner was excellent and the breakfast buffet was good too .

Good location but poor facilities

Unfortunately the people and the location are the only good things about this hotel.

We can see many corners have been cut in the facilities right from cleanliness ( found spiders in the room), amenities in the bathroom. The hotel itself is very old. Breakfast too was poor.

the room smells smoking very much. I also do not recommend eating other than breakfast. we had dinner and the food was not good at all.

Average hotel like an American Best Western but more expensive.

Bathrooms were a little dirty. Poor internet in the building we were in. Was surprised by some hidden fees that were not explained during checkin or during my initial reservations.

Staff were nice, room was clean and breakfast plentiful. We also really liked that the hotel is in a very quiet location, offering also beautiful views of the mountains.

The furniture in our room was pretty old, but that wasn't such a big issue for us.
