This isn’t a hotel but a guesthouse without any hospitality
I honestly don’t know how this place can call itself a hotel. There’s virtually no reception, no staff, and no customer service to speak of. We weren’t told we needed to put the door sign out for cleaning, so our room was left untouched. How would we know, unless someone told us? After check-in, we were harassed no less than seven times over a €13 city tax – something we fully intended to pay at checkout, as is standard. They even stuck a note on our door the next day, which felt intrusive and completely unprofessional. There is no reception available during the day, just a phone number if you need help – hardly what you’d expect from a hotel. The decor is extremely outdated, stuck somewhere in the 90s and long overdue a renovation. All in all, this is not a hotel experience – more like a poorly run guesthouse without any hospitality. Would not recommend.

Perfect Alpine Getaway, Even in Spring
Mountainviews, with giant windows and balcony, giving an old world vibe. The room was definitely larger than most with comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Didn't realize the walk right next to the hotel had little shops and stands as well as a wooden bridge crossing near as well.

Comfortable large rooms with great value!
Our haven during motorbike visit in Königssee. Had the largest room on the 3rd floor: totally in our own peace. Large clean and comfortable room with all necessities including fridge. Wonderful balcony with view to the nature. Standard breakfast with good coffee. Price quality ratio superb!
