The jungle location, views and jungle infinity pool outstanding, a truly breathtaking destination nicely outside busy Ubud but close enough to visit
We stayed in a standard room which was in need of an update and better lighting. The villas look nice but were not available at booking. The pool bar menu could be better quality and the pool WC’s really need an update

Staff went over and beyond to help pack me a breakfast to takeaway
Help to get to and back to lobby on 1st day due to fear of monkeys
Presence of monkeys.
Some door locks by the bed didn’t work.
Option to have shower indoors.
