Great location with a great view from our balcony on the 3rd floor out over the water. Rooms large and very comfortable.

Incredible views on Level 4. We dined at the restaurant for dinner and the service was exceptional. Daily breakfast great value and room service was provided for convenience.
At night time there was a funny smell or odours outside on the balcony and our phone wasn't working when we needed to ring the restaurant or reception. We just ended up calling from our mobile.
